Unhappy with my package being left on the ground by my mailbox. Postal carrier should have brought it to my door, and at least left it on the porch. I have pics to show the package on the ground.

Once again today, I did not receive ANY of the mail that was shown in the email this morning. No one that I've spoken with today has seen the mail being delivered (we are in the Mistletoe Hills Subdivision). Between this & stuffing packages that clearly do not fit in my mailbox, the service has really dropped the ball. I don't think that we're getting all of our mail & some items are time sensitive. Please look into this.

Twice in the past two weeks I have received mail that belonged to someone else. This happened yesterday for the 2nd time. If this continues I will make the post office aware of the problem. My address is 604 Governor Drive, Hillsborough, NC 27278 & my phone number is 919-627-0861

We have the Informed Delivery option and receive emails with scanned images of mail, however, some days we get no mail and today, August 1, we had no delivery or pick up service. I had mail to be picked up, however, mailperson was in Fox Run, but did not complete subdivision pickup and delivery throughout neighborhood. What is the problem with the Hillsborough NC post office? Been several problems with this service since previous full time carrier was replaced.

USPS has stopped delivering my mail before 6pm. This has happened steadily as the months have dragged on since august. I used to get my mail daily at around 3pm, now however the average time I get my mail is 7pm and I even saw the mailman deliver mail to my house at 9pm!!! This is ridiculous.
