I asked A W McPherson a simple question. He gave an exceptionally detailed and precise response that covered every aspect of the subject. By the end of the explanation, I knew every conceivable thing about the topic. I was very satisfied. A W should be applauded for his thorough knowledge and ability to relay it. The only negative was I was there to pick up a certified letter noticed the previous day, and it had been returned

Called today to inquire about replacing a lock as I can not locate the key for my mail box. After a short menu announcement, i hit the key for all questions and my call was answered on the 2nd ring. The clerk was knowledgeable and gave me the needed info quickly. It can't be done any better than that!

Have attempted to phone Green St location twice today. Total hold time was 2 hrs 26 mins before giving up. I’m handicapped , had mail held and was to be delivered last Saturday. Still no mail. What do I do?
