I haven't received my package. Plus they ask for them hold my package. Which I have no clue what are talking. I live at 1784 O'Farrell Ave Greenville NC 27834. Tracking# 9200190320071324704608

I am not receiving my mail at 305 Lindell Rd Greenville NC 27834 When I moved in March 2022, I completed a forwarding address and notified my magazines of the new address because I know magazines are not forwarded. There were 5 Christmas cards delivered to my old address 1215 E Wright Rd and there was not a forwarding sticker on them. A neighbor there gave them to me last week. I receive other people's mail. A friend sent me a Christmas card with a check in it on Dec 15 and I have never received it! I am currently waiting on Our State magazine now. They have the correct address. Please look into this matter and take care of it. Thank you.

We have not received mail in our box since 01/11/2022. I live in Tyson's Farm off of Dickinson and Williams. How is this even legal? Many neighbors are complaining also.

Worst post office ever! I have informed delivery that shows I should be getting mail but I only receive mail once a week, it’s like they hold my mail all week and delivery it on fridays! Y’all need to get it together! They never answer the phone when I call

Well the mail carriers are the worst I’m forever having issues with them mis delivering my packages or claiming that they’ve been delivered I give you minus 5 stars

I’m calling South Memorial Post Office as I’m typing this, I call the post office like 10 times from my personal phone number no one answers the phone but when I call private the lady answered on the first call, this post office need to hire new workers ASAP, If you don’t want to work stay home.

Terrible disrespectful behavior. I called the post office on memorial Blvd to inquire on non delivery of my mail. We haven’t had mail delivered to our address in over seven days not even junk mail. The lady I spoke to was rude and mocking and had me on speakerphone so her coworkers could hear her. It was rude and not very professional. When I asked to speak to whomever was in charge they laughed even more. Very poor customer service.

I am not getting my mail in a timely manner. My light bill was delivered day 4/14 my last noticed. But it was died 4/13. Guv said they mailed it 11 days ago. What is going on??
