HI. FOR THE SECOND TIME RECENTLY I HAVE BEEN INFORMED A PARCEL WAS DELIVERED TO A PARCEL LOCKER. IT HAPPENED ON SATURDAY, BOTH TIMES. MY ADDRESS IS 5584 ASHLEY CT, HICKORY 28601. NO LOCKER KEY IN MY BOX SO I ASSUME IT WAS MIS-DELIVERED.

I am concerned as I have a subscription to Woman's World Magazine and on several occasions I have received it late (up to 2 weeks) and it looks like it has been read. On other occasions I I have not received it at all. I have received it for the past two weeks. What's up with that?

Same as person below. Shipped item had it bubble wrap and all but yet some how it was broke no shattered when it arrived. Tried to contact post office. You get a recording who can not understand English. Then tells you estimated wait time is greater than an HR..... No good customer service for sure.

Tired of opening my mail box to find fragile packages stuffed inside. Ordered a pair of prescription glasses, waited over a month to receive them. And then they were broken because the box was stuffed inside my too small mailbox. Ridiculous. Using UPS from now on.

mail theft is happening and a felony but police dont care cause they cant make money off of it. Of course everybody knows about it, and I know who the thieves are the bikers that are in coordination with the mail carriers that are always on their phone, drives three different cars, different mail carriers that are not supposed to be on our route that I talk to the supervisor about. It's amazing nothing is done about this being a government business

This is the WORST post office in the usps system. The route carriers are inconsistent, inconsiderate, and are very unprofessional. They stuff over sized packages into my box damaging them and they don't deliver the mail correctly especially when UPS transfers packages to them for delivery. Offices like the Granite Falls NC location are they very reason usps is going bankrupt!
