try to reach the post office for over an hour on monday July 18th.
i was trying to find out about a package. the United States post office main number stated to call Graham about the package. how am i to find out how to get it when i can't get them on the phone

I had an issue with a package and called the Graham Post Office and spoke to Christy. What an absolute doll. She was so helpful and polite on the phone. She did everything she could to help and even reached out to my mail carrier, Brenda, for assistance in finding the package. Brenda called me back and she too was very helpful in resolving the issue. I was a little concerned after seeing so many negative comments but my experience with this location was a very positive one.
It is very difficult to get good service at this location. They refuse to deliver to our house, when they deliver to our neighbors on a regular basis. on Monday the 7th I went down to pick up a package that UPS stated was dropped at this location. They informed me they didn't have it. I reached back out to UPS and was given a tracking number, the gal also confirmed it was dropped on the 5th. Any complaint or comment we have they brush aside and they make excuses for their employees instead of trying to resolve the issue. Just over all very bad customer service, very disappointing.
I have the hardest time getting good service from the front desk. The two ladies up there are not friendly , can’t find any hold mail , or just don’t look for it. I’ve had it happen 3 times over the past 6 months. I have to call and ask for a gentleman in the back to check on it for us. He always finds it and is helpful.

I mail my churches newsletter, in bulk, each month. But ever since some favorite postal workers there have retired, I get poor and ungrateful service when I take them by to mail them. I took my February newsletters yesterday and the lady that took them was very rude and made not so nice comments about those retired workers and how they took care of my mailings. I received a call yesterday afternoon about the form having been updated and that I would need to fill out a Jan. 2021 form. I said okay, downloaded it, filled it out, and took it to the post office this morning. The lady that took my newsletters yesterday said they would look over it and get back with me. I told her all I did was but the same info that was on the Jan. 2020 one and there should be no looking over it and that I needed the newsletters to go out! She was not very nice, so who knows when my congregation will get their newsletters.
Scott, Jay and Christy are the worst employees to ever work at a Post Office. Honestly I hope you all three get fired.
I have been waiting over a week for a package that should have been here on the 6th. Jay gives me garbage answers, Scott puts me on hold for fifteen minutes with no help or answers, and Christy speaks as if every person on this planet calling into USPS with a complaint is rude.
I will be using UPS or FedEx from now on. Get it together. And get me my mail!!!!!!!!
The item I ordered was delivered.. .but it was not to my address ! I waited over 2 and 1/2 months for this delivery and never received it though it said delivered! What do u plan to do to fix this problem? Maybe u should get your addresses straight before. U drop a package so now u r gonna reorder the damn package I did and express shop it since u wanna just drop a package on anyone's doorstep
ups transfer a package on 5/23 Monday holiday,tues and wed,wen I did not see the mail men,i started looking for him at 3:30 he never gets here until 4:00 put letter in mail box.not picked up,mail it myself.mail delivery on green st has got bad,
