This is the worst delivery or non delivery service I have ever had. Atleast 3 times a week I get someon else’s mail or packages and mine go missing. I always try to deliver the packages that aren’t mine but it’ll stop now. I am 3 packages lost in less than a month. This is ridiculous!

I'm really upset with how the employees are treated. They are told "Expect to work 12hrs", and add more and more packages and longer routes to stay longer than 12 hrs (6 days a week).Instead of hiring new ppl to help,they're putting all the work on the little bit a workers they do have.Everyone is quiting or wants to quit badly. Only a few supervisors have a heart and understand that these employees have a family to go home to,Understand that They need to be appreciate for their hard work. But one supervisor is NOT meant to work with these hard working people. Her name is TAMMY. she has no empathy,puts the workers to work more than supposed to. She's not making it fair. Employees run more packages and routes than others. Employees go home exhausted,not enough time to be with family. Employees go to work Dreading the day because she makes it impossible to love the job. Thats why EVERYONE quits. Someone needs to fire her or investigate how things are done at her station because no one should hate their job because one person is Miserable and can't communicate with the employees without attitude and assumption. They need someone with better management with care and understanding.

I do not know what’s going on with the Postal Service but this is the second time the first time they delivered it somewhere else thank God the people brought it to me this time it says delivered again but it’s not here with me this is bull I want my package why is it so hard for them to do their job the right way

no stars. I had a package delivered. I tried to open the box and tried many others in case. Another person had the same issue. It seems like the boxes may be locked by you all and not correctly. Then you proceed to tell me we should come armed with wd or graphite to put in our locks. THIS WAS NOT THE ISSUE!!!!!

Today 3-28-18 my mail was delivered approximately noon. The substitute carrier left a parcel I had delivered on the street under my mailbox. Went to retrieve my mail and it rolled down the enbankment. Just yesterday, I personally asked him if we received parcels that didn't fit in the mailbox to drive it down the driveway and place it on our porch. He did neither.

The guy delivering our mail drives way too fast through our neighborhood. We have kids that ride bikes and people that walk and run in the streets. We have talked to him and he just ignores us. He is going to kill someone!

I really believe the workers here ( as opposed to management) want to do a good job. But these people seem to be so beat down and weary that they just don’t give a damn anymore about customer service. Of course, Christmas season is the worst. Saturday hours for Sat, Dec 9th was from 10 - 12. 2 hours, you have to be kidding!

Please fire some people at this post office and get new help. I have had packages ship together, arrive at the post office at the same time, and one gets shipped that day and the other takes days. This post office has no idea whats going on. I even had them come to deliver a package once that I had to sign for and then when they got to my house they drove off and entered into their computer no one was home to sign for the package. I literally watched them keep there ass in the postal car. Its ridiculous. I wish this review would actually help.

worst post office ever. they lose your certified mail and can,t find it and get it back to you . sent your mail god know where . and claim you moved when you did not or change address when you did not . ugggg

I have registered my new address 2 months ago, and it is still not registered. Now I am not able to order internet and cable service at my new home because it does not exist, ugh ! I took off a day at work and 25 minutes in line to do this, I work everyday and can not take off again to do this...

Someone look into a way to make this post office and its carriers better-it is awful.I have missing mail or it is delivered to the wrong box on a regular basis.

Where to begin? I run an Etsy shop and frequent the post office! Not only are they rude every time I come in (and to all customers), but they are anything but professional. Now they are not even scanning in the products I bring in, aka my First Class mail packages are not being scanned until they reach another state. It has taken several weeks for some of my packages to arrive, when it is 2-5 day mail. When I try to call, it is always busy? They always have stacks of packages lined up, but never scan them in. They are messing with my company and for that I am very displeased!

Mail carrier left a "sorry we missed you notification" in my mailbox - I saw her drive to my mailbox, not beep the horn, not pull into my driveway. Scheduled redelivery for the next day - no notification, no package, nothing. Tried to call the post office for hours - line is busy. Filed complaint through USPS. Please, please, please, put this government run "service" out of its misery and let private industry take it over.

Yup, phone always busy. Supposedly a package was delivered and of course, nowhere to be found. Not the first time I've had an issue ever since they started routing Holly Springs mail through there.

PHONE RINGS BUSY, ALWAYS!! I THINK THEY JUST KEEP IT OFF THE HOOK, ANGIER POST OFFICE IS THE BEST!! THEY'RE FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS. WORTH THE DRIVE TO GO THERE. I WENT FOR PASSPORTS SINCE JUDD PO NEVER ANSWERED THE PHONE BUT REQUIRES AN APPOINTMENT TO GET PASSPORTS, SO FRUSTRATING

I've been trying to get a hold of for over an hour and its been ringing busy. With no other way to contact! Very displeased. They said they delivered a package at 8am And I don't have it. And I know my mail doesn't come at 8am!

Despise. Never answer phones or the phones ring busy for hours. Sent in more than 1 change of address form and still cant get my mail. They have switched my mail to another address that I have never lived at and wont fix the problem. So frustrating!

Worst post office I've ever dealt with. I just moved to a different house in town over 2 weeks ago. Cannot get carrier to deliver mail. I've filled out change of address forms. Tried calling almost 50 times always rings busy. Twice someone actually answered then said they were too busy and hung up.
