Superb operations. One question? Where would 1 veteran apply for postal clerk jobs for ft bragg military post office? Is it posted at mini mall post office bulletin board?

Mail has been missing, last couple days and several past several months. At this point Fort Bragg Post Office should contact Santa Rosa Post Office and ask them for some help.

So has anyone figured out a phone number or how to contact someone. All I need to know is how to properly address a letter there. It looks like you don't put Fort Bragg, NC but instead put APO AA 28307. ?? And what is the Unit number? My son says all he has is 18FA???

Twice in two months, I have had a problem with package delivery. The first issue: My order from Amazon showed delivered on their website. When I checked my mailbox, there was no yellow slip to tell me I had a package. I spoke to one of the postal workers who told me I would have to check back the following day as it takes the post office a day to process the deliveries. The next, still no yellow slip. This time the postal worker told me to check official mail, all packages go there and the package may be tied up there. So I check, no package. I go back to the post office where I am told they do not have it. So I depart to check with Amazon, who tell me they show the package delivered. I go back, yet another day later. This time I am determined they look for the package. Come to find out, the process is to transpose the PO Box number on the label to the side of the package in magic marker. The worker who did so wrote the wrong number on the package. This is very frustrating. Second issue: I wait beyond the expected delivery date for a package and decide to check the website to see if they have tracking and if the package was delivered, which it was, on 13 Nov 2020 at 0911. I check my mailbox after operational hours on 16 Nov 2020 but no yellow slip. I return to the post office the next day, 17 Nov 2020 in the morning and go straight to the counter to inquire. The worker took about 5 minutes but found my package. When I asked why I did not receive a slip to notify me of the delivery, she provided no explanation other than “human error.” I can understand that people make mistakes from time to time; however, this is twice to the same person in two months. How many mistakes is this post office making if it happened twice to me in two months? I have seen several complaints about this post office online and I recommend someone look into this office immediately.

I’m beyond annoyed and mad at the mail carriers for fort bragg, I’ve received numerous mail and packages ruined because of the poor care the mail people are using to deliver my mail. Today I had a baby book delivered completely bent in half, and it made a hard back book.

The Rudest people I have came across Lord help them ! Whoever hires these people should be ashamed of themselves. all I asked for was help on an address and I got an earfull about how they are so important because its the biggest base there is. not to mention I got a 5 minute lecture on how she is not rude and why.Even though she was exstremly mean and obviously bitter. A few letters have been recieved but most letters and packages come back I sent a package and it was never delivered to the soldier it came back to me 3 MONTHS LATER ! Even thought the tracking number showed that fort Bragg post office had recieved it shortly after I sent it. MY SON DOES NOT GET A P.O.BOX JUST BECAUSE HE IS A SOLDIER !! IF HE WANTS A P.O. BOX HE'S GOTTA PAY FOR ONE !!!!!! I honestly dont even know what she was talking about and why . unfortunatly I am wasting my time I cannot even put into words how out of line and rude they are. VERY DISTURBING to me and sad.

Got into a car accident and my mail key got bent! Considered as a damaged key. Do I have to pay for a new key? I know losing a key you have to pay for the key but what about a damaged key? Also how much does a key cost if I do have to pay for another key

Literally the rudest staff I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with..maybe if you would actually put my mail in my po box I wouldn't have to ask you where it was at..and you have to go soooo out of your way to compensate for your laziness by finding it in the back just sitting there nullifying the express shipping I paid for.
