Terrible they just put your packages anywhere

To supervisor(Mr Dennis Quick?) of Doreen;mail carrier for Cliffdale USPost Office! Ms.Doreen(don’t know last name) has been exceptional! She has been my mail carrier for several years and found her to be courteous,knowledgeable,prompt and dependable! She has been the best spanning over 35 years to me! Kudos to Doreen!

I have been trying for 2 weeks to gwt ahold of someone there and can't get through at all! I haven't received my mail in 2 weeks maybe more and my email says there should be mail there almost everyday with informed delivery! I'm just frustrated that it's not being delivered.. and don't understand why it's so hard to get in touch with people.

The United States Post Office is Federal. Step One. Call 911 when you have stolen mail and get a Police Report. Step Two. Send Police Report to the FBI. This is the only way you are going to get any results. These Post Offices in Fayetteville, NC have “CODES” on certain packages that they deliver to another address instead of what is on the package. Our “AWARD” Letters, US Treasury Checks and other important mail is being picked off. Arrests will be made this month and over the following months because our, US Treasury Checks have been “CASHED” in other states. Our “AWARD” packages have been “STOLEN” and used by someone other than ourselves by using a “DUPLICATE” Drivers License. It’s all over now thanks to, The White House and the , FEDS for listening. I work at my job from the time u open until after u guys are closed. I always have packages delivered to my job as everybody else. My packages all have tracking numbers on them and tell me when the package is being out on delivery. The mail lady would deliver packages to everybody else that orders something except for ME!! She was here this morning and didn't drop off my package that was due to come to me last Friday before the storm arrived. She came at 9 n the morning, dropped off everybody else package and replied to the Amazon company and told them we were closed for business. We weren't. This isn't the first time Melinda (because she just bought a car from us) did this to me. She delivers to everybody else except me. I don't know this lady, we never had history together and she always leaves my packages, but brings everybody else's. Please help me resolve this situation. I also have proof of her replying to my job that we are closed are we weren't.

Today, had an attempt to deliver, I was home, been home, it was at 530pm. He failed to come to the door, failed to leave it any where. Not the first time he has done this when people are home. So, have to wait for redelivery????????

horrible carrier, for months my mail carrier leaves my mailbox open i asked her to stop doing so, she replies you have old mail in there. im not always in the state i travel alot. she still continues to leave it open mail has been soaked with rain water and on windy days it has blown out in the street on top of that she ruined a 1500 dollar check because of the rain . ive been trying to contact post offices no one ever answers the phone. im pretty sure its in their policy that mailbox is to be closed

I have repeatedly gotten other residents mail and had to redeliver to them by hand! And there are so many different postman for this complex!

My mail is being picked up from my mail box, however it is not getting to the people/organizations it is intended to go to. I mailed 2 bills on Feb 4th and as of this date 2/1/2021 it has not gotten to the organization for which intended. I am beginning now to get mail saying i am late on payments. I mailed 35 cards in the post office on December 15th. No out of state cards have made it to there destination, only local Fayetteville cards have been delivered. I mailed them early so everyone would get them on time. So very upset with this. Tried calling the number, it goes to a fax. This is not acceptable at all. My grandma it's didn't get their gifts in time.

What will it take for someone to answer the phone at this location? I had a package sent to my address but tracking says you guys stuck it into someone’s PO Box, what gives and where is my package??

This is the most inefficient disrespectful post office ever. The mail carriers don’t pick up my mail that I needed delivered. I have brought this to the attention of the post master. I am now standing in line, to pick up a package, that could have easily been delivered. My husband watched this occur 4-28-20.

This post office is sorry! The mailman has broke the face off if my mailbox twice and they will not do anything about it and now I have important mail scrolled up and down cliffdale Rd!
