I have the USPS informed delivery. Should have received a private account statement on a day with other pieces of mail.
Waited 7-10 days to call and check on with the post office. He said there is nothing they can do about it. I don’t like the fact that my neighbors get to tend to my business. He didn’t act like he cared. Very arrogant! I hope someone can handle this problem. Thanks
We are not getting our mail until late, yesterday almost 6pm. There is also a problem of our mail being in other peoples boxes and others being in our mailbox...this is not a good thing. Hopefully this will be looked into. Thank you.
Having to add a couple hundred dollar mailbox to my yard in order to satisfy these greedy jerks even though my entire street is not required to do so just because we moved into a new home that I just dropped hundreds of thousands of dollars on that already has a mailbox. I obviously haven’t given enough money to the city already.
Called the Dunn Post Office this morning regarding a package that I was tracking. The package did not require a signature and should have been delivered. My regular carrier is on vacation and the carrier that delivered his route said he didn't deliver the package because of "no access" at 7:10 p.m. This was an untruth since I live in a house and not an apartment building or fenced in property. He simply didn't attempt delivery.
When I called the office, the woman who answered the phone interrupted me several times before I was able to explain the issue. As a retired Postmaster, I had to get unneccessarily firm with her (not rude) and let her know that I know the correct delivery process and that I found her to be extremely rude. Subsequently, she checked with the substitute carrier and I could hear them arguing about my package and my call which was very unprofessional.
Had I been Postmaster or Manager of that office the disciplinary actions would be flowing! This was only one incident of several with the employees at this office. My regular carrier is great and efficient but otherwise in dealing with the employees in this office has been concerning. Today I've had it and will be complaining to the main facility Customer Service Manager.
