I have sent emails and multiple calls package has yet to be delivered they say they will have someone call you back and they never do. Paid $83 in shipping for the package to be stuck in no man land. I sent three packages off on March 11, 2019 to the same person and address. One has been delivered and the other two are being held at the US Customs. I don't understand why they would deliver one and not the other two. This has me really upset. What can I do to get these packages released from US Customs and delivered to the person I want them delivered to.


I accidnentely put a package in the blue box that was ment for UPS on USPS, I haven't gotten a word from you all. How can I find out where my package is, it hasn't come back to me as of today the 22nd of May, and I put it in the blue box on May 17th. Can you help me find it please, it is a return to Amazon. I am a bit upset with my mail carrier. I am disabled, and can't get out every day. I put mail out to be sent out and if I don't get any mail that day, he will not pick it up, and some things may be time sensitive, it just upsets me that sometimes my mail to go out will hang on my box for a few days before being picked up!
