Postal Locations

8/2/23 If postal employees do not see the ratings, what is the point? Also, what keeps postal employees from going to the website to read the complaints just like I just did? These posts can and probably are read by postal employees. I have Informed Delivery. I have a piece of important mail that was scanned on July 29, 2023 which means it should have been delivered. The carrier just came and left (8/2/23) and that piece of mail still has not been delivered. This isn't the first time this has happened. I have Informed Delivery because of the problems I have with the carrier delivering my mail. Don't just complain in this space. Nothing will happen. Write your Congressional representatives. We have to create a buz.

We pay for PO Boxes and have no access to enter until 10:00 am.. Make it make sense 🤦🏾‍♀️

This post office on Tryon Street is TERRIBLE!!! I've received packages opened, items missing, certified mail missing and they didn't put the sticker on the door. a BUNCH OF THIEVES WORK THERE! They should fire the dishonest mail carriers. I had to approach the woman who delivered my mail and ask her where my certified mail is since I received an email alert. She said she would go back and look for it and delivered it 3 days later?!!!!! Seriously? No resident should have to worry about not receiving their mail, packages with items missing. I called and asked for a Supervisor. The person took my message and said a Supervisor would call back and NEVER DID!!! A bunch of lazy, incompetent people work here and someone needs to address this!!!!

I live at 4938 Springview Road. Hidden Valley Subdivision of the northern corridor of Charlotte. My Complaint is that the postman delivering mail on my street does not leave /place mail at proper addresses on my street and does not pick up stamped mail place outside and on mail box. Neighbors mail recently delivered to my box and last Wednesday mail on ground front of my house in the rain. My neighbors and I have to account for an inefficient mail carrier mistakes too often. Thanks.

the post office on 6700 north tryon street and is very horrible and disgusting they need manners and proper customer service training they also have a tendency to steal people's checks and or misplace there checks they are not doing there job correctly effectively and efficiently when you call to speak with manager about the situation they do not answer the phone calls my checks was stolen on more than one occassion and cashed by there employees and they hiring thieves to work for them i highly suggest that if you want to start receiving your checks you need to get direct deposit for any and all money being delivered all of north tryon postal service workers at 6700 north tryon street in charlotte north carolina is on stealing people's checks and lying about it which there is a tracking number on my checks and they stated it was delivered but the post office clearly states they haven't received it and was cashed by there employees do not have any checks come through that post office they are lyin thieves and they all should be fired.

They lost my passport.....YAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!
and now they stopped taking my calls, replying to my e-mails, voice mail messages etc etc...USPS is AWESOME!!!

Very poor customer service from supervisor Lauren to the lying window clerk Sheila to the sorry worthless mail carriers. HORRIBLE! THEY SHOULD ALL BE FIRED!
