Yesterday I was going up my drive which is one lane road about 1/4 mile long and there are 5 houses the mail lady came flying down and refused to back up she wasn't 1/4 of way down and for me to back down a single lane road branch on one and mountain on other and about three curves she said her vehicle would not back up and incline she was rude and asked me if I wanted the mail to stopped being delivered because I asked her to back up I sat there about 5 minutes and finally backed up if the carriers vehicles are not capable of the terrain that we all know is in the area they should not be delivering the mail and the fact that she threatened with the stopping of postal service people like her she not be working as mail carriers. She really mad me mad and I know I probably wasn't the nicest either

So many complaints about the carrier in my location have been filed, but it just continues. Nothing is ever done.

The post office is constantly saying it attempted delivery at hours that business are open. But if it is to heavy they won't bring it to us or to houses. I had to go and pick up a bunch of packages that they wouldn't deliver never once offered to help. Just pushed out the cart and walked away. I have had a number of things stolen and had to file complaints and was always told it was the first time a complaint was made on that person. I literally watched a new person walk up to my office door set the package outside the door and walk away didn't even attempt to come in or even see if we are open. There is one guy that works for the USPS drives a smaller blue SUV and he is always so helpful and nice. What is the point in sending stuff through the USPS if they are not actually going to deliver it to you. This post office needs an official to come in and investigate. You can never reach them on the phone. They are not friendly at all. I am tired of having to constantly go and get packages that could be delivered.

On 2-5-19 a missed delivery note was left for me, however I was home and no one tried to deliver the package. In fact I saw when the mail was delivered and no attempt was made to deliver my package. I tried for several hours to call the Bryson City post office but continually got a busy signal.
