Stop leaving my packages "alongside" my box. I don't want them out in the weather. I don't want them stolen. If you're too lazy to drive them to my house and leave them under my covered porch, take them back to the post office. Then when I'm notified that I have a package, I'll come and get it. This seems to happen on weekend deliveries a lot. I may be gone for the weekend and return to find my package soaked.
I have had my pick-up mail flag up for an envelope for two days with no result. The carrier even dropped off mail in the box without picking it up. Why is this please?
Your post office repeatedly marks our packages "undeliverable"...what can i do to make them more deliverable????? We have a mailbox, a drive way, and SOMEONE IS HERE 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!
This is completely unacceptable. Money is paid for a delivery within a certain time frame, it should be delivered as such, or money should be returned.
You need to fire Cliff He is racist period!. I have contemplated about filing a lawsuit for discrimination and having this whole place shut down. You need to hire people who treat ever Customer the same. This is not Jim Crow ANYMORE!!!
carrier driving car # 3307462 is extremely rude. She harrassed me about my dog 1 minute after parking to order food, windows were rolled down and bowl of water was there for him, he barked at her (because he barks alot) my dog is a texan 75 degrees in a car is not 100 degrees in the shade all day. She came in to thebusiness and asked if that was my dog, and had more to say after i informed her i had just arrived and the windows were down, saying it was too hot, sorry, not sorry we enjoy nature, we do not sit summer out due to some minor heat. She also was not wearing her mask.
Carriers continue to use my private driveway, that is posted no trespass.

For the last two days my son has received Mail from our po box (65) from the counter help. He has had some mail sent there. However he is NOT listed as a part of our household. My husband and I got this po box for the safety of our OWN MAIL. Only we each have a key for that purpose. Normally is he does have something sent here we check the box and get his mail to him. We do not want our mail dispursed over the counter anymore please. Please call my husband, Walter McCombs, at 828-384-0921 for information and questions. By the way do you have a general delivery for people like my son who do not have an address? If you do that option would work perfectly for us all. I'll also talk to my husband about getting Scott his own po box. I am currently in a nursing facility for physical rehab. However my number is 828-553-5632.
