3 times the post missed by this post office. They always miss the post and give response as cannot be traceable and raise complaint. They give advice to go with tracking option to avoid this kind missing items...crazy.....no responsibility
We have our incoming mail photo'd and emailed to use each day before delivery. Today, none of our bank statements were delivered, just the junk mail. We went to the mailbox while the delivery person was driving away so no time for anyone else to open our mailbox. Called the post office to inquire. No one answered after multiple attempts to call.
Paid for one of their envelopes and paid for a letter to be sent certified mail with a tracking number and they still lost it. Called in and nobody knows what’s going on Dawn Cold transferred me to someone else, terrible customer service.
Not impressed at all with the continuing lousyness of the Apex postal service. I have had mail in the box with the flag up for 2 days and it still hasn’t been picked up. Don’t try to lie and blame it on Covid as this has been the usual type of service for years from this location. Disgusting.
we did not receive any mail in our entire Building ( 6 companies) 10/13?? after a holiday Monday our boxes would be normally full??

My mother, who cannot get to the post office to buy stamps, gave the postman the orange envelope with a check for $55. A week later, a different orange envelope was returned to her with one 55 cent stamp. This is not the first time she has had trouble with the orange envelope system, but postmen have changed since the last time and she gave it another try. Of course Apex NC never answers their phone, so she doesn't know how to rectify this situation. Who should we talk to?? and How??

The Apex Post office has consistently not gotten my payments on time or in some cases not at all. Some payments have been tv bills, credit card bills and it took a month for a check to go from Apex to Raliegh. Many times I get other people's mail in my box. THIS POOR SERCIVE NEEDS TO STOP. The manager is not managing. This manager needs replaced!!!
I can not depend on my bills getting paid when I send them from the Apex Post Office. PLEASE RESOLVE THIS BAD SERVICE.
I have tried to call the Apex PO (27502) but it either rings with no answer or I am put on hold and no one returns. I have a check that was incorrectly addressed to a PO BOX in Apex. The owner of that PO Box then took the check and cashed it at a Raleigh Credit Union. I want to notify the Apex PMG that whoever is the owner of this PO Box is possibly collecting mis-directed mail from Apex Utilities and cashing the checks.

Saturday, September 15, 2018. It appears there may be no service today either since my mail is usually delivered around 1230 PM and it is now 4:45 PM. Someone should be fired starting with the Postmaster who apparently never comes to work. Over the last year I've called multiple times to speak to the Postmaster and I'm always told he is not in. Visited the post office twice and asked for the Postmaster and again was told he wasn't in.
I disagree with poster workers who deliver the mail should work during inclement weather. Once the News company and police department post about bad roads, poster works then should be immediately called to stay off the roads until those department give Clearance on travel conditions. Getting my mail is not more important then their life. I pitty the manager who makes them work in those conditions. They are someone’s family member not a dollar sign or a place of comment to look good.
I have been experiencing that notification of delivery was done when the package was never delivered and does not appear for days later or to the wrong unit. Postal employee are coming forward the in US claiming this is the direction of their management to ensure KPI look great. The is fraud. Hire people to fill the need, stop the fraudulent behavior before the new media drop in.
Package said it was delivered on July 19th but we never received it have to reorder everything and I am not pleased about it. This happens often in our neighborhood, Crocketts Ridge.

The post office failed to deliver two medical bills from different providers last month, resulting in my having to pay $35 in late fees!! The mail keeps getting mixed up and delivered to the wrong houses in the Pemberley neighborhood of Apex (27539). All of our neighbors are getting each other's mail and the post officer does not even try to sort them. Many of our neighbors are getting fed up and just throw out each others mail. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE DO A BETTER JOB OF SORTING MAIL! This has been going on for at least 6 months and I know I'm not the first person to complain about this. I've had to go back ask for emailed copies of bills because I cannot rely on you!
My mail and my neighbors mail is getting mixed up ! my packages are marked as delivered and they are not ! my daughter ordered a package domestically never arrived until we went through the affidavit process. We won't be ordering online anymore unless UPS is delivering!!! And u can't call no one because the line has a busy tone all day at the Apex post office
We've asked for mailboxes to move from the Evans Road pool at Bella Casa to a more convenient location that maps to the postal code distances. We have been told to talk to developer, home builder, town and postmaster. After a year of the run around we are submitting a story to local news stations for resolution. Can you confirm the postal code requiring mailboxes within a certain distance of residence?
Reading these reviews and hoping that my package gets delivered today. I ordered two shirts from Abercrombie and Hollister and both websites say that they are scheduled to come in today. (If you click 'track my order' you can see this.) Fedex shipped them to this office and I hope that the carrier can deliver them on time. I really need what I ordered before school starts. I even paid extra to get it shipped faster. According to some these reviews, the packages that say they were scheduled to come in were never delivered.
Thank you very much to the Apex Post Office for helping with my postal box and oversize parcel concern. You accommodated my busy work schedule by not only returning my call once, but twice.
This is why I will continue to use the post office and not the "other" service out there. ;)

Apex post office is not any better than the two Cary branches. They are the rudest people ever...!! I called in regards to not receiving my mail that was sent to me over a week ago that normally takes 3-4 days coming from Buffalo and for mail that I sent from the Apex branch going to Buffalo was delivered two and a half months later. She was getting snippy with me and I told her she didn't need to me snippy. I was just calling to see if by chance they were holding it for some reason. I will go back to using UPS even though it cost a little more it is well worth it. This way I don't have to bother with rude people...!!
Mail Hold is a joke. If you can get this Apex Post Office to start a hold, you don't stand a chance on changing it. Even though the conformation email you get with the mail hold request gives you the option to modify or cancel the hold, it just won't happen. The post-people pay no attention to their email system. You'll be lucky to get your mail at the original end date.All these problems started a year or two ago. Before then, my mail was handled very well, and I always tipped my carrier at Christmas time. Now days, not a chance of that with this carrier (different person).
One employee at the counter (facing the counter, first to the left) is sooo unprofessional and Rude...every time I come to the counter she yells her way of talking) at other customers, chewing something...
tracking system shows delivered 3:33 pm on Saturday. Ha! I was home and it was not in my box. Gave it another day (Monday), still nothing. This is why I normally don't by from sellers who ship US Postal. It's not rocket science . . .it's not even skilled labor, people.
Marked as delivered...been here at home all day, and nothing. So frustrating. If it's going to be later than what was promised can't you at least be honest so I'm not wasting so much time trying to figure out where the package could have been "delivered"???

SAME! I am missing a package right now that was passed off by FedEX to this office and never delivered correctly. Marked Delivered on tracking number but really I was given a 'Sorry we missed you!" note and told it was at post office - went there to pick up - no record of package! It was $120 - 4 pairs of shoes! Now what???
