Postal Locations

We let our oust office box lapse, we are from Canada and just didn't use it much anymore. We did not realize it but there was a parcel there, and when we went to get it the young man who was there smirked and said he couldn't give us the parcel unless we paid the box rent. Fine. Then he says d it would be returned to sender in early March or late February but it has yet to be returned. When I asked him to forward it he said he couldn't because the box was closed, we would have to rent it to get the parcel out to send it elsewhere. Thus is some of the most arrogant, snide and unprofessional service we have ever received anywhere in the US. Some young kid just being an ass and proving some rude point. However, he has not done his job as he has yet to return the parcel when the time was up. This is the post office in Sweetgrass, MT
