I’m confused on why the superior post office is closed in Saturdays? They used to be open from 9:30 to 11am on Saturdays, but now they’re closed on Saturday and Sunday. My husband and I work an hour out of town and have to leave before the post office is open and we don’t get home until long after they’re closed. So having them open for a half day on Saturday mornings, especially during the holiday season, really helped my family. We’re not upset, it’s just very inconvenient and we're confused. I’m having packages sent back because I can’t pick them up on time and that costs money and time. I also can never mail packages out of my own post office, so what good is having the post office in town if I can never use it? Thank you for getting our mail and package's where they need to go, but can you offer a solution for this problem?

The mail carrier in superior Montana is horrible. She’s been notified three times now along with a note that is affixed to the mailbox that states my ex-husband does not live here and he does not receive mail here. We continue to get mail here in his name. She refuses to drop packages at my front door and instead leaves them somewhere around the mailbox instead of taking it back to the post office like she supposed to or delivering it to the door like she supposed to if the gate is open.
