I just spoke with a lady at the post office there in Roundup and she was cheerful when she answered the phone and helpful answering my questions. Thanks so much!!

What the heck, We were home all day and my husband was outside changing a fuel pump and the mail man left a first attempt notice for a certified letter in the mail box. He never knocked or said anything to my husband that was 5 feet from the mail box. I tried 15 times for an half hour to call the post office and the line was busy every time.

This post office needs some serious help with customer service! One guy is so rude telling me I need to learn to print my own shipping labels at home. Very rude about it! If you don't like your job quit there are lots of people who would love to have a local job and to be paid the amount he does!
