12/2 my mailbox was filled with 2004 Cannon mail. made me wonder where my mail went. I am the only Joslyn St. address on all of Cannon St. which is a problem for new/substitute delivers. I m upset because I was expecting something special in today's mail. Also, made me once again wonder why I can't get my mail at my house on Joslyn St. which would also help with mail pirates. I am 80 years old and sometimes hard to get up to the box. just a situation. Ive lived here for 30 years and mostly no problems in all that time but seems like more lately. I will safely give my neighbors mail to them. Dry, intact and SAFE.

I have had all my bill information changed from my address in Leisure Village because bills don't get delivered. At least once a week I get letters that are the wrong address. I've lived here 5 years and received my property tax once. Incompetent mailman at Leisure Village.

Twice in the last 30 days I've received a delivery confirmation notice a delivery was put into my parcel box, and there has been no delivery. also, I often receive mail for my neighbors, but I have the common courtesy to deliver it myself. I have reported this to the IG. It's time we stop blaming the retailer and the shipper. My shipments were tracked from UPS all the way to turning it over to USPS, quickly disappeared upon "delivery to parcel box".

When did it become okay for the USPS delivery drivers to park in disabled parking spots?

They took our Christmas package and stuck it in the Dead Letter bin. No notice to us and then they threw it away. <GRrr> We had a forwarding address active at the time. I'm so pissed off beyond belief.

We on our area have a reoccurring problem of mail being put in wrong mail box's, this has happened to us personally 5 times this year alone. And we have gotten 3 letters and 1 delivery from neighbors which were in the wrong box.

Whoever delivers mail to the hummingbird ct mailboxes at the end of the street in Helena have been consistently over the last couple weeks been putting my packages in other peoples boxes or the key of the bigger box in my box when it is supposed to be in someone else’s mailbox. I know they have names written in the box on the delivery side so I don’t understand how this has been happening so consistently and constantly. I’ve been waiting for a package and it said it was delivered but it’s not on my porch or in the box. It’s getting quite frustrating.

I sympathize with both postal workers and customers. I use the P.O often and evidently I've been very lucky. The postal clerks at both Helena locations have been consistently courteous, professional, and helpful - sometimes beyond my expectations. Re mail delivery, I appreciate the letter carriers and their dependable service, especially during blizzards and despite snow berms.

I live at 7503 York Road and I am very disgusted with my mail deliverer. A couple months ago, a neighbor came to my door and handed me a soggy, almost disintegrated "priority" package that he said he found on top of my mailbox!! I was expecting this package because it had my laptop in it, so I diligently checked the mail every day right after lunch because his delivery times vary so much. It was not there on that Friday or Saturday when I checked so I'm thinking he misdelivered it somewhere else and they put it there later after I had checked. It sat out in the rain until my neighbor found it on Sunday. I was livid. Thank goodness I had a sleeve on it and protected it from the dripping wet package. Why in the world do we use Priority when the mail man doesn't give it priority?!?!? Now yesterday, he stuffed some packages so tight in my mailbox, INSTEAD OF WALKING TO MY DOOR TO DELIVER THEM..... I had to use both hands to pry them out and when they hung about an inch too far for the mailbox door to close he bent my door to force it so shut. Grrrrrrr. Now he needs to buy me a new mailbox because the door won't shut. How irresponsible.

Hi, I am having a very important package delivered to an address in Helena and I am seeing that two delivery attempts have been made, but failed. Can you guys please explain what's going on? This matter is extremely important to me and I would sincerely appreciate if you guys made sure it's delivered securely. Thank you.

We leave enough space for two cars to park in front of our mailbox. There is no other space to park in the street. But almost daily we receive a not that says not enough room to leave mail... we, the citizens of America, are paying your dumb ass to bring us our mail. Please get a grip and do you job.

Obviously, there's more to the story. Letter Carriers do try, but they have on average over 800 drop points on their routes. Seems you dont understand what 40 drop points equal when the mailbox is blocked just enough that they can't safely maneuver into position to put mail in your mail box. Try leaving 30 feet each side...

The Harris St. location is the worst post office for servicing a P.O. Box I have ever seen. When speaking to the postal worker about my bank cards and mail being returned for no reason, her response was "sometimes the people we hire transpose numbers, sorry 'bout that". My mail is being regularly returned to sender without any explanation. I strongly encourage you to find ANY other post office in town.
