Why is my mail being sent to other places and states other than Havre MT? I even had one sent to Guam and as I stated, I live in Havre MT.

I am a guardian for my nephew that just moved to Havre, I however live in Butte. What would it take for me to get him a PO Box, how much would it cost and could I pay on line with a credit card? Thanks Patty Sayler

Every package I order gets delivered to a different address, my mail get delivered correctly but all of my packages are delivered to some one else's address. It is frustrating to have to call every single time I expect a package because it isn't delivered where it should be. I would appreciate getting to open my packages when they say they are delivered. I track them all week just to get them delivered to someone else's house.
