where do i get a new key for my mailbox-- lost mine?

This review is in reference to the drivers that park on 9th and Villard. I understand the city lets you guys park your 2-ton without permit in our neighborhood. We, in the neighborhood, ask that you park on the West side of 9th. Its hard to see around your large truck at the corner and you also park in a residents paid spots. Thanks in advance. P.S. Stop throwing my packages on to the stairs. Set them down at the door like a normal human being.

I need to get a key to my home’s post box - do I get it from the post office or mortgage company?

I had a payment for my insurance company sit in my mailbox for a week and a half before being picked up. I just got a letter today saying my insurance has been cancelled due to non payment. Now, I'm without insurance this whole year!!!!! I'm seriously infuriated right now. ESPECIALLY AFTER BRIBING MY MAIL CARRIER WITH $20 TO CHECK IF I HAVE OUTGOING MAIL!!!! I guarantee I make less money than these postal workers! I shouldn't have to bribe anyone to do their job. I also got left a nasty note by my mail carrier. I received someone else's mail in my box, so I wrote "Not at this address" . My mail carrier put a nasty note on a card that said "no mail will be delivered to this address until this card is filled out with the names of people who can accept mail here". I had already filled one of these cards out and sent it back. So, I filled it out, yet again. Still receiving other people's mail! Absolutely rude and terrible customer service!!!

I send a package by Priority Mail on Thursday Evening. It was suppose to arrive by Saturday morning. (This is what the Baxter postal workers told me.) Saturday morning, I checked the tracking. The package has only left Bozeman on Friday Evening. It didn't arrive until Monday Evening. Two and a half days late. I would advise using someone else for any of your packages.

I stayed home all Nov 10 and Nov13 because tracking said delivery of parcel would be made which requires signature. No delivery was made either day. When then trying to call Bozeman office I receive constant busy signal hour after hour. No alternative link to human at office is available. This service is greatly disappointing

I've asked a number of different Baxter post office staff the same question (if "expected 2 or 3 day delivery" includes weekend days), and have been told both yes and no. It appears they don't really know. Some of the staff are very dismissive and rude. I would never hire these types of employees to work for my business.

Went out to check mail. Flag still up with the envelopes I put in there FRIDAY. There was also delivered mail in there. WTF

If I take a letter to the post office first thing in the morning...could it get to another location in Bozeman that same day ?

yep, usps is bad!! The postmaster here in bozeman on baxter is rude and needs to be fired! Our carrier leaves packages in unlocked boxes because she forgets to lock the box and leave the lock box key. And if there is any small amount of snow in front of the mail boxes, they will drive right by!! Rain, snow or its rude whiney and lazy!! No wonder they are way in debt! I say fire them all and get a company to take over!! Lazy!!

Postal Service is horrible. It was snowing today and our family was expecting a package that we tracked from UPS and saw it was transferred to the Postal Service that was scheduled to be delivered today. We watched the man that driving the Postal Service vehicle stop in front of the house, grab our outgoing mail, put a couple envelopes in the mail box and then he started to leave. My husband went out there to see if he had our package and he DID! He didn't want to get out of the Postal Service vehicle to put it on our porch because it was snowing. This is unacceptable and ridiculous but the delivery driver for the Postal Service didn't care. Calling to complain as well. Watch your Postal Service mail delivery when you here them pull up so this doesn't happen to you!
