Y’all are only open for 4 hours, and not open on Saturdays. How do y’all expect anyone to be able to pick up packages that you won’t deliver for absolutely no reason.

My mail box was left open today and it's pouring rain. We have suspected the neighbor has been going thru our mail for a few months.or the postal delivery could have done it accidently, tho I doubt it.what do I do??
