Our bills are being delivered late and we're being charged late fees. Our mail comes from the Saltillo Post Office. Please fix this problem!

They keep putting my mail at someone else's box. So past 2 months i haven't received my packages. This is getting ridiculous. Then they leave door open on mailbox. They won't answer the phone so i can tell them and are closed when i am off. Somethings gotta give.

I’ve not received my mail. I have been expecting my unemployment card for awhile now and still nothing. Im unsure of what to do about this situation as I have called every number trying to resolve the issue. Saltillo post office will not answer at all, are they supposed to do that? The other 800 numbers I’ve called are automated voice messaging systems and they do not give the option for my issue. There have been a few incidents where our mail has been put in others mailboxes and theirs in ours usually we give the wrong mail to the rightful owner but we’ve had to wait weeks for ours. This has happened on numerous occasions we love our mail carrier and do not have the issue with her. My issue is why haven’t we gotten our mail that was supposed to have already been delivered. I normally have to wait weeks to another month to even get my Ipsy products . I do understand about COVID but when it’s supposed to be delivered I feel it should be here by that date or maybe the next day Afterwards, not weeks later. If this issue could be resolved that would be great! I really need my Unemployment

my postal cartier has repeatedly left my mailbox door open and drove off damaging it over and over again. This time has completely broken it off and run it over. Multiple times i have wired it back on . This time it is completly run over and smashed.I have tried talking to guntown office and saltillo office. The guntown office said i needed to go to the saltillo office. The saltillo office said i need to talk with the ost master whome the counter lady called right in front of me and gave my information to. I am still waiting for the post master to contacted me two weeks later.
