We’ve asked several times for packages to not be left on my trash can because we can not see them unless leaving the house but people from the road could see them and they could possibly get taken. After that they looked like they were thrown toward my steps and I’ve almost ran a couple over being where they were thrown to because they won’t get out of vehicle to place them on the steps. Also mail carrier keeps leaving my mother’s packages at my house instead of driving up the driveway to my mother’s house. He said it’s because our driveway is too messed up to drive his van up there however my mother’s car sits lower to the ground than his van and she has no problem driving to her house.
I don't know what's going on with this post office but they are mixing up my whole neighborhoods mail and packages. This is rediculous I can see if it was just once or twice by accident but when I have to call every day for almost 2 weeks and still going on and bringing my neighbor their packages. They mail lady said it wasn't her problem. This is sad. We pay for our packages they need to care a little more then what they do. The so called post master ginger took it upon herself to hold my packages when I can not come get them I hate that post office. Pass Christian post office
I'm having issues with receiving my mail at 412 Audrey ave Pass Christian Ms harrison county, I even submitted a change of address card asap upon me moving to the above address from 30 dog wood ct. Gulfport ms39501 and 2511 Bullis Ave gulfport ms 39501 ,the postal service here in Pass christian is sending some of my mail and packages back to senders

I want to let you know about an employee of yours that went above and beyond the call of duty today. I live in a condominium and was notified that a package I was expecting could not be delivered. I called and spoke to Chris and he said they had a temp that day and he probably didn’t know what to do. Chris took it upon himself to deliver the mail to the entire condominium after hours in the pouring rain and brought my packages to my door. I was very impressed with his level of service and dedication to his job.
Does anyone know how to file a complaint about a USPS employee who works at the Pass Christian Post office ? I swear I must remind her of someone she hates or just maybe she hates me but everytime that I go to this location and she is there she gives me grief about picking up or delivering anything. I am always nice to her is what really upsets me . I started not going there at all and then she was gone for a while it was so nice but now she is back so looks like I am going to have to change locations or just quit using USPS as much as possible. This has been going on since 2006 and I am very tired of it !
