My package was coming from the west cost i don’t live no where near Oxford. So what it’s doing in Oxford ms and it just been stuck there for almost a week. I tried calling but no answer!

My package has been stuck at this post office for a week. It was estimated to get to my house a week ago. This is utterly ridiculous and I am very upset and displeased that I am still waiting on my package.

I don’t know what is going on up there but y’all keep losing my packages for like a week. I mean I’m just outside of Jackson it should take less than a day for them to get here. Every single time a package is late with USPS the last known location is Oxford, MS. What the heck. I need my stuff and I pay y’all good money to get it on time. A day or 2 I can understand. Once in a while I can understand. I can not understand consistently a week or more late when I’m just in Jackson. Get your stuff together or I’ll start going higher until I find somebody who will help me.

This post office is becoming somewhat of a joke. I have dialed non-stop for 2.5 hours, and the phone has been busy every time. The only way that is possible, is if the phone were off the hook. They have a package that was supposed to be delivered to my business on Friday. The shipper confirms that it is there. But it has been pushed back to being delivered until the 23rd. No explanation, no apology, nothing. If any other business were run in this manner, it would have had to close its doors long ago. Absolutely horrible service, paired with an absolutely horrible attitude.

We have been using the hold mail option for a while now. Got in earlier than expected. Went to pick up mail in Oxford on McElroy. No mail. I know better. We held it, April 22-May12. Wanted mail to reconvene. She ask me if I had checked our mailbox. Nothing in there. If the carrier is holding it in her vehicle. You are in trouble.

Terrible customer service. We had a 2:45 appt to get passports and were 5 minutes late. We waited in line until almost 3. The lady was paged before 3. Came out of the back office at 3:20 refusing to make eye contact. Mumbled a few things under her breath to the other employee and then rudely asked were we waiting in passports. When responding yes we were told it’s to late we stop at 3. After informing her we’d been in line since before 3 it all went down hill she lied and said she didn’t take break until 3 asked her supervisor to come out and he was as rude as she was. Needless to say no one would help us. I own and run several businesses and this is NO WAY TO CONDUCT BUSINESS

Over past 4 months JUST in our cove in Wellsgate("THE POINT"Myself & others neighbors have constantly gotten other people's mail which has caused us on 2 different times to reorder. Also water bills are getting here 2/3 weeks late & water being threatened to be cut off. My neighbor closed his bank account because they thought there checks had been stolen. Reorders which cost a ton. DO THE DELIVER KNOW HOW TO READ NUMBERS CORRECTLY. All we want is mail to be delivered to our correct address OUR OWN HOME"" Worst mail I have ever seem. Be

I called to get information on my item at 9:53am. I was not hostile with my tone or vocabulary. However, I was meet with aggressive language and bad attitude from Joey, in Oxford Ms Postal service and I was not even able to ask my question because he already thought he knew what I was calling for. Horrible service in Oxford Ms, for no reason.

In the last month I have had problems with the USPS related to package delivery. In Hattiesburg, MS, according to the tracking number a delivery was attempted (I was there, sitting on my daughter's front porch at the time the "attempt" was made). After hours on the phone the post office delivered the next day. Here in Oxford, the pkg. that I needed for a trip I was making, was marked as "out for delivery" according to the tracking number. I was in and out but checking for the delivery. It never was delivered and when I checked the status it said, "forwarded." I just got off of the phone with the post office and Joey said, "there's nothing we can do. The carrier could have made a mistake." Well, obviously he made a mistake!!! The problems that I have with shipping seem to always be with the Postal Service and as much as I want to support them they are often not reliable!!!!

Extremely rude servise. Tried to get hep with a lost package but the man was rude and when I said thank you for the help (although he wasn't any) he hung up on me.

I received mail that had already been opened and removed from the envelope. So I never receive what was mailed to me. Tried to file a claim but was told there's nothing you can do about opened mail.
