Had a notice that I had certified mail coming 8/12 that needed signature. Carrier did not come to the door. left a notice in the mail box that delivery needed to be rescheduled. Section 4 of the notice was not filled out. Carrier too lazy to come to the door and ring the doorbell now I have to drive 14 miles to try to pick the letter up at the post office Monday morning.
