the substitute carriers (fill in) CAN NOT find clearly visible, accessible mail boxes and houses. ONCE AGAIN I get an "not accesible" t o deliver exception notice that says "attempted at 6:07 pm. Firstly I'm standing at my kitchen window looking out at my drive and NOBODY came up. 2nd the mailbox sits directly BY MYT DRIVE and is a house on a HIGHWAY with no obstructions. WHAT IS WRONG with this picture? I've complained I've taken video of my driveway my house my mailbox and showed it to the "supervisor" as post master never seems to be there. SICK and tired of mail coming at night after dark, and being told they can't access my address. I am NOT on a off road, nor far back off the road AND have a ;lighted address facing the street as well as the mailbox address "clearly marked" AND the emergency green address for first responders - how much more does it take?????? FURIOUS NOW
First time I had great concerns was with an open life insurance personal letter. That was a few years ago. Today I mailed a very important letter containing very personal information to mt insurance company. When I inserted my Visa card to pay $4.40, I told the credit card machine no cash back. It asked for verification of $54.40??????? I told the postal employee who was checking me out that was incorrect. He refreshed the transaction again and it quickly went passed the option of no cash back and tried again to charge me $54.40???? This happened 5 times. He them said he had to redo the transaction, however my tracking number remained the same. It finally allowed me to confirm the correct amount of $4.40. This is very strange for a government agency to have problems like that with their credit card machine!!!!! I will definitely check with my insurance company to be certain that my mail was not tampered with!!!!! Not a happy experience at all!!!!!!
The fill in mail carrier has stolen several of my packages and I can’t ever get the post master to answer the phone at this location. Go up there and she’s never at work! Go days with no mail someone needs to address this because the postal service should be the last services we should have to worry about
The usps is the sorriest mail service you have a package come in to Jackson Mississippi post office on Friday afternoon at it don’t leave there till Tuesday or Wednesday now that is what puts small businesses out of business. Not get the packages they need on time.
