Trying to locate my package or gain access to it! The Item was placed in a postal box in my neighborhood. Box 5B, but the key did not work. I dropped the key in the outbox mail slot thinking they would see that the package was still in the box and place another key, that works, in my mail box. I need another key to retrieve my package if it’s still in box 5B. I don’t have a tracking number because I have know idea what’s in the package. Did I order it or is it a Christmas gift🤷🏿‍♂️🤷🏿‍♂️🤷🏿‍♂️

I am waiting for a package that was predicted to arrive Thursday, April 1 OF THE YEAR 2021. I can find that it left Georgia on March 29. The retailer can access information that it's been in the Gulfport sorting facility since 6:34 am, March 29...which I again point to as the day it left Georgia. If "routine" processing has resumed, where's my package?

In the last week we have received two Christmas cards post marked 12-18-2020. One from Springfield, Mo and the other from Tulsa, Ok. This past Sat. I had the flag up and mail to go out in our box. I received 2 packages but my mail was not picked up. Then on Sun. our mail was delivered from who knows how many days???? What seems to be the problem? Do i need to start taking out going mail to the PO? Thanks!

The delivery driver for Turnberry ave George st and Turnberry Lane puts other people mail in everybody mailbox I’m missing important mail because of this individual I’m beyond pissed my bank cards checks etc that’s supposed to be in my mailbox nowhere to be found I signed up for the mail notification and the notifications don’t add up to what’s supposed to be in my mailbox

I just received a package from Amazon in my mailbox and the carrier refused to bring my package yesterday stating my driveway was BLOCKED!!! IT IS NOT NOR HAS IT EVER BEEN BLOCKED. He just refused to bring my package down my driveway. Today I received my item and because he refuses to come down my driveway he opened my Amazon box, removed the item and put it in my mailbox!!!! That is tampering with the mail!!! My receipt was not in my mailbox nor was its original shipping packaging. I am reporting this to the police and the United States Postmaster. I have taken pictures for proof. I can provide them to anyone who asks for them. There is no label on my item looking like that was how Amazon shipped it because it does not contain any deliverable information. This is a felony and I will be sure it is reported. I am getting checks in the mail in the future do to a catastrophic illness. If this carrier will open my packages what prevents him from stealing checks!!! I expect a quick response to this issue!!! Mailed a package on 11/28/2020, it was supposed to be delivered on 12/3/2020. It is still not there on 12/14/2020. I tracked it, is says due to be delivered 12/3/2020, but will be late, still in transit. No other updates. Said it left GPT 11/29/2020. Filed a case to look into it. Got a notice from the PO in NY saying they haven’t gotten it yet and will deliver it when they do. I should hope so! No idea where pkg is and the say case has been resolved. No it hasn’t pkg is still missing. Have been on hold for 1 hr and 50 mins so far trying to talk to someone. This is ridiculous! The USPS service sucks!

Really pissed that my packages keep coming up missing!! This the the second time USPS did this. I’m not using it anymore. Sorry and worse mail carrier in history!!!!!!

This place is a joke. You have signs that say you can walk in and complete your passport paperwork but apparently there is only one person in the whole building that does passports and she is NEVER there. What is the purpose of being able to do passports if no one is ever there to complete them. This place is a disgrace.

I paid for 2 books of stamps on 5/29/2020. I am still waiting for my stamps. The check has cleared my bank since 6/3/2020. Still no stamps. I talked to someone at Post office and was to get a returned call, 6/4/2020. No call back. Gulfport Post office in North Hiway 49. Gulfport, Mississippi.

Within the following you will see a tracking # for some supplies I am waiting for. The #9405536897846426155339 shows my package was sent to the Bay St. Louis, MS PO. I get my mail through the PO in Pass Christian, MS 39571. I am waiting of these supplies in order to complete a project for a customer. I called the phone # listed and all I heard was a computer generated speaker. Not once was there an option to speak to a person. This is totally unexplainable in my line of work. I had mail returned to the Mississippi Real Estate Commission. I don't understand why. It is in my name Cynthia Rodwell , Southern Choice Properties. I have asked them to redeliver this. Please do not return it. I travel a lot but really need this mail delivered. I tried to call the local office so they could post something for the carrier. Can you help?? I own several business and mail will be addressed to several entities.

Have not gotten our mail everyday like we are suppose to, now it’s December 13 2019 my mothers birthday and everything turns off in the house, turns out Mississippi power cut our power off because we didn’t pay the bill, why? Because the mail carrier is very unprofessional and we didn’t get even get the bill in the mail NOW my mother is having to fork out $304.04 out her birthday money to pay it and that’s NOT RIGHT, not only that but my 3 year old, 1 year old and my newborn live here to, and they have delivered our mail before at 7 in the morning and 9 at night, that was suppose to be delivered BEFORE this is unacceptable and you need to SERIOUSLY do something about this

Last night {07/17/2018} I placed mail in my mail box to be mail out for the next day {07/18/2018}. As I set at home I heard the mail truck and notice the mail carrier past by with out stopping so I went to the door to check and make sure a put the flag in an up position, I had. the mail carrier failed to get my mail out of the box. this is unappropriated behavior and unprofessional behavior. So now I have to o to the post office and mail these letters. Whats the use in having a mail ox if the mail carriers are not going to use it?

Monday New Year’s Day I went to use the machine in hall to buy stamps, it charged my credit card for 4 sheets, I never got the sheets. I put a note on it out of order. Came in next day Tuesday my nite still on machine went to clerk and told her about not getting my stamps one lady tried to find out but other clerk told us loudly and rudely “yea we know it has to be audited” before I get my stamps I left my name and telephone number to call me. Well it’s Thursday and no one has called me back.

Tired of our mail being delivered to wrong address haft at wrong address and rest at right address this not the first time.

I am tired of getting my mail left at the wrong address and getting mail that is not mine. Left my tax refund at the wrong address and that is important mail that should not have gone somewhere else. this mail carrier needs a bit more training or some new glasses!!!!

I live alone,and other people mail still come to this address,i do give the post man/woman the mail back and let them know its not mines,when i do see them.But when i don't see them and leave the mail out for re-turn or my out going mail in view,they don't pick it up,if they are not delivering any mail to my address.

Whoever is responsible for answering the post office phone should have taken lessons in common courtesy. They are rude WHEN they decide to answer the phone. Its as if I am disturbing this person. its an inconvenience for them to pick up the phone and give out information.
