A property on 11 Ave North has received mail for 60 years. Now the two new carriers are either not delivering the mail or they deliver it somewhere else. I admit that the Lee Park area has dead ends. But if the ER and Fire Department can find our avenue then why can't the P.O. I personally think standards have been lowered. Even the supervisor says she cannot do anything. This is really a degradation of the old post office motto: Neither snow nor sleet....

My package was scheduled for delivery on March 9, 2022, then all of a sudden I received an alert that my package was forwarded to another address in Columbus, MS. This package was forwarded at 5:20 p.m. without my permission or request. It then stated that my address or zip code may have been incorrect. I don’t understand why my package wasn’t return to the USPS facility, instead of sent to another address. Sounds like mail theft!
