I put a letter to be mailed on my box and raised the flag on Monday. All week it wasn't picked up although the carrier delivered mail. Then on Friday, when it rained, the door was left wide open and all our mail including the letter that needed to be picked up was soaked to the point of destruction. The letter I needed to go out is time sensitive and now it may have bad consequences for me. Both of these problems have occurred before but I didn't complain. This time was just too much. Thanks

Postal carrier leaves mailbox door open after delivery making it simple for anyone to see and take things placed in the box. Really! How difficult is it to shut the door???

I turned in a change of address. But it’s been 3 weeks and my mail still hasn’t been forwarded. How long do I need to wait?

My friend is mailing me a iPhone 6plus but she put the wrong zip code . It's wrong by one digit. Will it still come? There's only one of my addresses

Expecting an item from overseas, got a note in my mailbox saying "sorry we missed you" .....??? I was home all morning! No one even came to my door with my package... So I sent my husband to this post office because that's where the note said my package was. No package there and the man in line in front of my husband said he was experiencing the same problem. Your mail carrier needs to get their stuff together and do their job. This is sheer laziness. If they had time to fill out a card with all of our information then they had the time to come to my door, knock, and accept a signature!

Ordered a phone case or my son's iPhone... Received the email that my package arrived at the post office... Went to go pick up the package. No one seems to know where the package is. Then the manager of (coldwater ms) post office tells me I have to file a claim!!! When they're the ones that lost it... I need my money back!!!
