I received a package from Amazon on 7/16/22. It clearly said fragile on the box. I watched the mail carrier toss it on the porch. I could here it breaking in the camera it leaked all over everything inside. It’s is sad that y’all can’t do the right thing. Shame on you

Month after month I am not getting critical mail like my mortgage statements? I get plenty of junk mail but the items I really need like statements for payments to credit cars, house payment etc I do not get. I do get statements from local lenders and places like the water bill or gas and electric.

Leadership at this post office is completely and utterly worthless and lazy - almost intentionally frustrating. With a few exceptions, the new wave of carriers are just about as bad.

After multiple times of my mail being misdelivered to an elderly neighbor, and multiple calls to the Clinton USPS listed office number (no answer, then disconnect), it's apparent their are many issues with mail handling from this post office.

I sent a package off to my mother in Chicago on Monday March 15th with a expected date of March 18th. I checked the tracking and it said that package left MS on Friday March 19th. I paid extra for the package to delivered on time. I checked tracking again then it stated the package left MS on Sunday, March 21st. i called the 1800 and im hold for over an hour with no avail. Then i called the local and the phone just rings until system generated call comes up voice memory full. I just want to find out where the package is..

package allegedly delivered to "parcel locker" in Cascades on 2/23 was not received. The parcel locker was not locked and I opened it and the parcel was not there. This is happening to me so often something needs to be done.

I mail a box to my brother Ronald Evans 1460 Clinton Raymond rd Clinton ms 39056 I paid a little over 8.00 dollars my address 700 e Pamela rd duarte ca 91010 I miss placed the tracking number so I was wondering with the mail be checked by the address delivering to him that should’ve been there no more than three days but he has not received it thank you in this matter

Please commend your employee, Latoya Weathered for being very knowledgeable, very informative and professional and kind this morning when I telephoned the post office in Clinton, MS to inquire about postal delivery matters I was having. She was also very patient and helpful to me. She is a definite asset to the post office. Thank you.

This is asham on how the supervisor talks to customers not professional at all he is very rude and disrespectful I have been calling looking for my mail that I have not been receiving and he hung up in my face twice this is ridiculous

Tracking lists package out for delivery at 7:52 Friday morning. Then shows available for pickup at 12:40 P.M. Mail not delivered to the house until hours later. Lists delivered to porch at 3:15 P.M. Saturday. I was home that afternoon, and no package was delivered. Call Clinton P.O. this morning, rings about 10 times, picks up and hangs up. ?????

This has to be the worst post office I’ve ever dealt with. The workers are so rude and my God... I called to ask a question and was told by some guy that he wasn’t telling me anything. I was just going to have to come up there. I could be a burglar for all he knew! Just ugky!

I received a birthday card yesterday that had been carefully opened down the side seam and the gift was taken out. The lovely card, however, did make it to me. I ask God to bless the one who stole from me.

Once again my carrier has shoved a pkg into my box that is way too large and damaged the contents inside I have put note is my box asking that this stop and no attention is paid to my requests. Its time for the post office to start paying for these damages. I have had two packages deliver in less than two weeks with damages from being shoved into the box that are too large because this carrier is too lazy to come to the door which is rare. I have seen her actually throw our mail at the front door with a pkg when she has had to deliver to the front door. I have complained about this twice in the past but it has not helped this problem. This needs to stop. Please do something about this If she doesn't want to do this job, she should get another one. I also had mail delivered to my neighbor last week that was ours and she doesn't even live on the same street! No Excuse for this type of service.

I did not receive my Sports Illustrated either last week or this week. Coincidentally these are the 2 weeks that Mississippi teams have been on the cover and were scarce in this area. My mailbox is one that requires a key to get into. Think there might be a problem in the Clinton, MS postoffice?
