I ordered a very important text book to be delivered by 2 day delivery. The postal worker did not deliver it because they felt "threatened" by a 6 month old 25 pound puppy. Or in other words, they did not want to get out of the vehicle. They left it at the post office from then on without even a notice in the mail at all, I had to track this package down over a week later and then go get it myself! They would never have tried to deliver it again! Ridiculous!

Poor grade for the Supervisor ! Excellent rating for the employee! On 12:31/18 @ 4:25pm I had purchased two certified letters.and was completing the items at the lower end of the counter while the employee was still helping two other customers. The supervising manager had locked the door 4:28-30pm and drawn the curtain. I kept hearing a voice saying mam , mam , you need to go out the door to complete your papers. This was very distracting as I realized she was talking to me as I had almost completed the transaction. The employee was still serving two other clients . The employee was gracious to explain that she would come out afterwards to pick up my items. The time I took to gather my things walk out the door while the employee served two customers I would have completed the transaction. The rude blonde old supervisor was rude and unprofessional and utilized poor assessment skills in time efficiency for me as well as the employee. I had to lose time to set up my certified mail again and complete the transaction. The kind and apologetic gracious employee double checked my items and secured everything for the mail. It appears the employee has professional customer service and time assessment qualities versus the supervisor.
