I have called 5 or 6 times to ask nicely the my mail box be CLOSED EVERY day after putting mail in it. The last TWO days my box is open and my mail is drenched!!!! I’m sick and tired now! If they can’t do their job find someone who will!!! Please don’t just leave a note where they clock out, chew their butt off. That’s what would happen in the school system. If you can’t do this then let me know the name of the man/woman in the highest position there

My package was shoved into my mailbox which is very small. I had to tug several times to get it out and the item was damaged. I've received several packages on my porch which is located behind the mailboxes so there was no excuse to have a package shoved into my box like that. For future references it want hurt to knock on doors. I've seen her do it before so I know she's capable.
