I can honestly say that the people in Wentzville or some of the rudest upside down people I've ever seen. And unfortunately it takes one ignorant person to mess it up everyone else. 🙄 I mean they're disrespectful, they know your job better than you know your job mentality but have (NO IDEA), clueless! Like a DEER in headlights. I mean I NEVER seen THIS before... Watch my child, my dog, car 🚗 , basketball hoop, trash can I mean 😒 the list goes on. And you know what, this isn't about race but in this case the WHITE PEOPLE in Wentzville not ALL are ridiculous.

Terrible Wentzville service. We regularly get mail that's for a house with the same house number as ours, but on a different street that's 2 miles away - and visa versa. Can't they read the street name and deliver it correctly? We have to text or call each other and arrange to exchange our mail. The last time was with 2 prescriptions which did not show up for 5 days, although USPS kept repeating it was put in our box. Yes, but someone else's box! So I had to spend hours with our insurance company trying to get them to refill the RX's. Pathetic.

Wait, you actually saw a mail truck? We have not seen a mail truck in our Wentzville neighborhood of Boulder Ridge for three days. My flag on the box has been up with outgoing mail since Feb 3rd

I reside on Bridle Ridge Ct, my mail is usually delivered around 10:30am. It is now past 3:30pm. Will I receive delivery and pickup today as I have bills that need to be mailed today. I placed phone call and it rang almost 5 minutes and was never answered before sending this text.

Seriously, Wentzville Post Office. When I have to re-apply for voter registration because YOU returned something that had my CORRECT ADDRESS on it to the Saint Charles County Office of Elections. That is ridiculous. You all need better quality assurance processes.

I am very disappointed. I have ordered several items from several different companies, received delivery notifications and never received any of my items! Apparently my delivery person is NOT PAYING ATTENTION TO THE ADDRESS ON PACKAGING!!!!! I have received neighbors items and returned them to the proper address, but never receive my own packages..... this is so unprofessional, unacceptable and ongoing!

Recently mail delivered to wrong apartments. Last week received mail for neighbors same for this week. This is for Green Gables Senior Living, 2000 Green Gables Cir. My Apt is 308 Collis. Do not wish to get delivery person in trouble. This is just a heads up only. Thank you.

Having money removed from cards that come in the mail. Called post office and was told our delivery person is their friend and it can not be him. Then was told they allow him to take mail home at night and direct deliver it to homes. He is not required to inspect or report if mail is opened when he picks up his tray at the office. Clear violation of procedure.

Wentzville's postal service is REALLY bad. You will often wait days to receive your package after tracking shows that it is out for delivery. Has only got worse since new changes by postmaster general. I would rate it 3 out of 10.

I have a family member living in Over 55 community apartments and families are not allowed to come in even with a mask on before Saint Patrick's day Yet the mailman comes in and puts the mail in the slots while all the older residents or sitting there. Not wearing gloves or a mask I think this is wrong.

I tried calling the Post Master, and the phone continues to ring. Postal Service will not provide a vehicle for our mail carrier. Instead, our mail carrier has to provide her own vehicle which is not suitable nor safe. The driver straddles the middle console operating the peddles with her left foot and reaching across and out the passenger window to place the mail in the mailbox. This cannot be comfortable to do this day in and day out. In turn, everyone on the West side of N. Point Praire has ruts in their lawn because she cannot see the curb from straddling the console. Some have even put post up to keep the mail carrier out of the lawn. USPS should address the safety concern with this issue.

We are having a terrible time getting our mail delivered. They lost 3 of my paychecks, a package was loaded on the truck and then lost by the carrier, a return receipt requested letter not delivered or even attempted, an insurance policy not delivered. This is only a few things that have happened since moving to Prospect Lakes in the last year. I know they have a lot going on and things can occasionally happen. But these issues are occurring so often and no action to remediate, that we are beyond frustrated and concerned for the welfare of our business clients since we operate our insurance business out of our home. I just wish there was some way to make this PO take better care of such an important issue.

After waiting for a package to be delievered, found out from the Mgr that is was scanned incorrectly and should have been corrected the following day, but never was. Now the item that I ordered can't be located even though it shouldn't have ever left the Post Office according to there system. Now I have to file a complaint about my order. I was also told by the MGR that she would call me back today (12/26/19) however I never received a call. And the website shows the package is still at the Post Office. I am Extremely Angry and this is terrible customer service.

Our mail should have been delivered Friday after being on hold for 10 days, but it was delivered a day late. We had this problem a few years ago and after an investigation we found out that the carrier was taking our mail home with them rather than delivering it. The postal service needs a serious overhaul!

Not receiving our mail until after 530 some evenings it’s been 6 :00. and 6:27. I have had other peoples mail in my mailbox and I am concerned that I am not getting my mail . I have had missing packages when you try to call you get no answer and days before you get a reply back . I am upset with the fact that I cannot trust our United States post office to get our mail properly delivered and in the right mailbox box. I have talked to several neighbors and they are having the same complaints . We all have bills and checks that come in our mail if they’re not getting properly delivered that creates a problems . There are some neighbors that I am concerned that will not put the wrong mail back in mail ,so it can ( maybe ) get properly delivered to the right place . Would like to know what is going on with our postal service . Obviously whoever is delivering our mail is running behind and in a hurry to distributing mail that is why we were ending up with wrong mail in our boxes . I have lived at the same residence for over eight years and my mail has always been on time and never have had these kinds of issues .

for 12 years we got our mail between 11:30am and 1:30 pm. Now all of a sudden to after 5:30pm. Why is the convenience of the post service comes before the convenience of the people they are hired and paid by us (are taxes) to preform this service. I could not get a hold of a live person to voice my disappointment. Please go back to our regular schedule. Very unhappy1111111

Hold Mail service is unreliable and frustrating to say the least. Used it recently to come home from trip with at least 2 days of mail in my box. Then I had chosen to pick up my mail. First day back, I go to facility to pick it up and find a sign on the window stating pick up hours are 9-11 am. Why isn’t this on the website? 30 minutes wasted. Go back the next day to be told my mail carrier has my held mail. Why does she have my held mail? That’s not what I chose to do? This exact thing happened last year. I will not use this service again and I will tell other families in our neighborhood and town to not use this service either. Two chances to get it right and USPS got it all wrong.

A few weeks ago I logged a complaint about the mail person leaving the doors open on the mailboxes. She spoke to me about it and I thought all would be well. Today I arrived home to mail box down down and mail half way out of the box. It is so windy that I don't know how much mail has blown away. This is not acceptable. I have a picture but can't send it here. She says that she is busy and I understand that but no excuse for mail half out of box.
