This post office is so incompetent!!! They are incapable of deliver the mail on a daily bases. They've lost packages on multiple occasions, even when I have a tracking number and know there in possession of a package the employees refuse to look for it. All around crappy service....

Just a shout out to Trent. I had to renew my passport and he went above and beyond to help me with picture, and he checked my paperwork and found error ( signed with blue ink, has to be black ) 7/14/22

Always missing mail, other neighbors get mail but I do not. Best be delivering to some else. This happens on days that I know I have mail. This happens about once month

I can track my package and it shows delivered to the Local post office Washington MO yesterday but it was not delivered to me today and now the post office is telling me they dont have it and cant even find the tracking number

I just want to thank and recognize your employee Mike. He was not only very friendly and kind but extremely helpful and patient with me while trying to send two packages and having two small children with me. He made the process as easy as possible and I was truly grateful!
