On 3/24/22, I asked about sending a certified letter and the cost. Female Postal Worker was polite and gave me the cost and estimated date of delivery as 3/26/22. A tracking number was also given and the certified mail receipt. On 3/30/22, the letter had not been delivered and every time would respond "in transit". I went to the Post Office in Smithville to complain and the same woman who waited on me originally was backtracking on the estimated delivery date and talked about how many million pieces of mail they deliver every day instead of trying to solve my problem. i was irritated and she became huffy and went to her supervisor's office. The supervisor was not much help and stated he would email KC to check on the letter. I volunteered to wait, and he said there was no guarantee anyone would answer right away! He also gave excuses about the possibility of the letter getting lost, chewed up and again repeated the same phrase about the millions of pieces of mail delivered every day. I don't care. Solve my problem and show me customer service. There is NONE there. Today is the 31st of March! No phone call, letter shows 'still in transit'! I am beyond frustrated and not impressed with people who can't do the J O B!

If it wasn't for the disgruntled butthole of a postmaster that couldn't find the time or means to dislodge his fat bottom from the chair so as to come out from behind the wall from where he was loathing from, I would have rated more than one star. That star is for the nice lady that had to be the "go between" for the individual that currently holds the position of Postmaster of Smithville Mo. I at least took the time to leave my job site to come to the post office to inquire about the relocating of two mailboxes to the opposite side of the road so that the residents wouldn't have to cross an ever increasing busy road to check their mail. Might I add the only two on the street in question that has to do so. One would thought I had asked him to do something really tough such as to play pick up Stix with his ass cheeks. But this numb nutts didn't even inquire as to why I was making such a request or where it was I was wanting to do so. Dr Mr postmaster, if your job makes you so miserable that you have to be a prick to paying customers then maybe it's time to retire or find another line of work because it's reasons like this that people would rather use fed ex, ups or a frikn carrier pigeon than to put up with your ugliness. Have a nice day

The post master in this post office is completely rude and no help at all and arguing with us about our mail box without trying to help! I’m not the only one that thinks this as everyone I have talked to about him agrees with me!

They gave a new neighbor in the apartments my post office box. I missed tons of mail and important documents. They have no idea where anything is. I called just to ask some questions and the gentleman stated well it must be a big deal with an attitude after I said it’s not that big of a deal but it I gonna cost me money to get the documents again so I’m sorry your life is so terrible that you have no respect for others concerns that you all caused then god help you

On Sept 2nd at and around the time of 1:30-:40 pm. A USPS truck, was travelling down Tillman Road, in Smithville MO. The Driver was speeding excessively down the street. And I don't mean 5 miles over the speed limit, it was morel like 10 miles or more over the speed limit, This is the second time I am having to request that you slow your trucks down. This is a residential neighborhood. Could you please get with the driver and explain to them that this is a residential neighborhood. And you as the post office need to address this and get it fixed. Thank you!

Aug. 14th 10:00 AM. A female USPS driver just delivered two packages to my address erroneously, I am at 1802 and the packages go to 1803. I tried to get her attention and she would not turn around. Harbor Lake Estates gets mail delivered all the time to the wrong address. Odd numbers on one side and even on the other. Please help this by following thru.
