Y Havent the mail route lady that runs on 7423 Pennsylvania havent sent any mail to my house in over 3 months

our office has not received mail for the last two days, pick up or delivery, cannot make contact by phone, constant busy signal. Would like some update on delivery please for our business

When regular carrier is not working, mail may not be delivered, not in a timely fashion, not all of it is delivered if delivery does take place.

Do not expect to get packages if you are disabled, even though they offer Door to Door FOR disabled people!! You will call, and be met with people that refuse to identify themselves... will tell you..,'Yes. it will be redelivered tomorrow'... THIS NEVER HAPPENS! I STILL have to hire someone to go there, go through their line and intimidation, and MAYBE they will give it to them.... but NOT without grief.
ABSURD since THEY offer Door to Door Delivery if youre DISABLED!! I DREAD calling for a redelivery.

Do not expect ot get your mail if your regular carrier is off and you are serviced out of this post office!
