I sent a package to a customer of this post office on 11/30/23. Tracking showed it went out for delivery on 12/4 and it was never delivered as of 12/22. I believe there is something crooked going on here as the person I mailed this package to claims they didn’t receive several other packages. I called the po phone number at (314) 351-5638 at least a half dozen times and no One ever answers it. A PISS POOR OPERATION

Many times I have waited in a long line while employees that could’ve been helping customers stand around talking. On December 4, the busy Christmas season, I went in at 3:45 and they were closed for lunch. Is there only one clerk in such a large, busy branch? Monopoly breeds mediocrity.

I dropped off 2 small flat rate boxes in a collection box last Sept., they were never scanned and never delivered. After numerous attempts for information nothing was ever accomplished. Fast forward 8 months later, one of the items from the packages was sold on EBAY. Is there a thief working for this post office?

I'm getting quite concerned about mail pickup in Georgetown Apartments. I mailed an important letter on 14 December to Grand Gorge, NY. It arrived on 6 January with post mark 3 January (21 days). I mailed a duplicate letter on 6 January and as of today (19 January) it has not arrived. On 13 January I mailed my IRS estimated tax check--how do I know it went out?

I have informed delivery & often a piece of mail is missing or I don’t get any even tho an AM email says I have mail. 3 packages over past 6 mo tracked to this post office yet I never got!!! 2 of 3 said delivered INTO MAIL BOX. I have a slot in my door & they often don’t even put envelopes in it but toss on stoop. So they put a 12” x 12” box? Once when tracking said PO said undeliverable to address. Called. Had been on wrong delivery veh fir 3 days? Thanks Trump for DeJoy & ruining our postal service ! Was not great before his budget/equipment cuts.

We’ve not had mail delivered since last week - where is the mail?

Just looking into when mail delivery will resume. Have not had mail service for over a week. Is it due to the cold? Many other members in the community are asking as well on the community forum page. Let us know and I can post it there as well. Thanks.

We are not getting it in Shrewsbury either. Was expecting a delivery from Amazon through USPS and USPS tracking says "delivery was attempted. Front door/driveway was not accessible". Our drive and sidewalk has been shoveled with no snow or ice for 4 days.

Mail was not delivered on 7/18 or 7/20. Packages delivered to my porch on 7/20 but not regular mail. Both days I was expecting mail per USPS Informed Delivery which I receive in my email inbox each morning. I have also had to put tracers on two packages within the last several weeks to get misplaced mail found and delivered. I live in Rock Hill north of Manchester Rd. You are very inconveniently located and the Brentwood P.O. seldom has a decent selection of stamps to choose from. I go to the Kirkwood Postal Store on Kirkwood Road to buy stamps. We don't seem to have a consistently regular delivery person. The one is on her phone the whole time she is delivering. This past winter there were many days when our mail was delivered after dark. You all suck!

Outgoing mail not picked up by mailman on June 17. I live in a condo and the outgoing mail was clearly visible. Also, mail to me was returned to sender for "insufficient address" even though the address was clearly stated but the last 2 digits of my box # was missing - not again, I live in a condo. The mail to me reached the building just didn't make it into my box even though my name is on it. Also not all mail due me is delivered.

This Mackenzie Pointe delivery location is terrible. Once again I get the message unable to deliver due to No Access. This is a residence on a main street. Now I have to go there and wait for the hateful woman behind the counter. UPS, Amazon, and FedEx all deliver here just fine. Use them whenever I have a choice and you should too. They say they are the cheapest, you get what you pay for.

I live at 526 Atalanta Ave in Webster Groves 63119 and have not had any mail delivery since 12/14/19. What is the problem? The mail carrier assigned this route has already shown that he hangs out in the postal truck for 30- 45 min on his phone - not delivering mail and weather was not an issue. I would like to know what the problem is.

I have the same problem as "Troubled" below. I keep getting the mail of the guy behind me with the same numbers as mine, his street name is different. I have to get in my car and drive around the bock to make sure he gets his mail quickly. Hmmmm, novel idea wouldn't oyu say. The Affton branch has always been a problem, 30+ years of this type of service. I ship nothing of value due to any items I have tried to send in the past have came up missing or lost. The employees seem to really love Christmas!!!!

Just recently moved to Webster Groves and continuously have been getting my mail just barely inside my mailbox. Our mail has been soaking wet multiple times. I approached our carrier about this situation and this is a quote ‘if I’m wet your mail is wet’. I then asked them how hard is it to shove the mail in the mailbox? There response and this is a quote ‘ it’s not my responsibility to make sure your mail goes all the way in the mailbox’ Wait what? I really wish we could attach pictures to this but as for now 63119 mail is a squared wheel!

Sadly, I had not read these comments before I decided to order items and have them shipped to my apartment in Rock Hill. Had I known, I would have sent my package to my mothers address. My tracking # clearly says the date and time my package was delivered. It has been 5 days and I have yet to receive anything. When I call to speak with someone, (anyone at this point) they all take my # and don't call me back. I've been calling for 4 days. "We'll get back with you..." is the only reply I've received. I think the service here is down right pitiful. In fact, whom ever is running this branch should be retrained or demoted. These type of actions gives USPS as a whole, a very bad image. I would rather send my packages by pigeon than them.

Very poor service reported by residents of Colonial Village Apartments in Webster Groves. Mail is delivered to wrong apartments, large package mailbox is ineffective (broken lock) and notes left for mail deliverer ignored. The published phone number 314-351-5281 rings continuously busy. Do anything to avoid using the Mackenzie Pointe post office. A class action complaint to the Postmaster General is under way as of March 2018.

I live at 4819 Murdoch Cut Off. I have had several Monday's where I did not receive any mail. I know that I should have gotten mail on these days because when I tracked packages/mail, there were shows as to be out for delivery on the day but I never received the item, or any other item on that day.

This is December and the post office is extra busy. Why do you not have at least 2 registers open if not all three. I waited over 30 minutes while one of the workers went to a closed register and asked if she could help anyone who is only buying stamps and has a credit card. She took at least 4 people who came in after me. These people should wait in line like the rest of us. The worker who helped me was unpleasant and rude. He should not be working with the public.

I've been at my current address since October 2014 and with the exception of the past six months the service, to put it mildly, has sucked rotten grapes. I had to track down my packages four times only to find out the mail carrier delivered it to the wrong address. My impression of this situation is the carriers aren't required to read to get a job with USPS.

i've never encountered such a rude postman as i did today at my mailbox. i heard the postman open the mailbox right outside my door and rushed out my door to ask him to please let me grab my mail before he closed it up because my mailbox key broke off in the lock. i was talking to him explaining what had happened to my key, and before i knew it, he slammed the mailbox shut, didn't even look at me, turned and walked out the door! you need to give this man a bit more training on how to be more personable and respect your customers better. after all, without your customers, there would be no mail service, and with rudeness like that, i'll think twice about using the usps again.

We had a package delivered (Sunday January 29) it was from amazon. I don't know what the rules are about delivery. But I feel If they work for the United States Postal Service, I don't care what day of the week it is they should dress appropriately. He was a young African American that had on sweat pants that where not at his waist line. I feel that is very unprofessional. If they work for the government they should dress like their proud of who they work for. That is exactly what's wrong with this world, they don't appreciate anything anymore. I'm just sayin. And maybe Mr Trump should hear about this

Have lived here for two years and have had several negative experiences with this post office. From outgoing mail sitting in my mailbox for several days at a time to low quality, immature customer service at the office itself, I am generally quite unimpressed.
