Is taking outgoing mail into the building's slots the only way to send it? The blue boxes are taped shut.

Have been waiting for 30 minutes as they were suppose to open at 9. The manager says they open at 930 but all signs and internet say 9 am. There are employees standing around and not working. This is a disaster and someone needs to be fired for lying and making us wait for no reason.

Its been going on for a very long time....inconsistent window service hours, no communications concerning those hours & a total "don't care" attitude from USPS. Close the RH office if it isn't worth the effort to provide some level of consistent service. It would be better to have 1/2 day window service 3 times a week instead of saying you are available & open and no one is staffing window although you can hear them working sorting mail. Not their fault. Scheduling and if your response is you are still understaffed, then cut the hours so we know when to count on service.

Today 06/02/2021. Headed to the Clayton location postal service since the mail carrier neglected to deliver my items on 06/01/21. The clerk showed her whole attitude by dreadful mouthing me stating that their mail carrier would TRY to ensure my package will be delivered today!!! *If I ordered running shoes and I receive a notice saying my package is at my residence but I have nothing. I go to the source just to get yelled at? Horrible customer service!

I live at 725 S Skinker, St. Louis, MO 63105. My Post Office is in Clayton, MIssouri. Today is December 17, 2018. Yesterday I received 2 pieces of mail postmarked October 9, 2018. Both were notifications of meetings or appooint, ments I should have attended in October and November. This is not the level of service I've been accustomed to the USPS providing.

Hello, I live in south skinker blvd in saint louis. I have not received any mail for like a month ago, so I wondered whether there is any issue with my mail. Do you know whom I should contact to ask about this question? I usually get mail regularly for bills and even advertisement newspaper. Thank you
