I have recently moved to Lemay. I have never had such poor postal service. USPS is "essential" but I have been waiting 2+ weeks for my mail to be transferred from Affton, MO. I'm a senior citizen with disabilities and I swear I could have walked to Affton for my mail and gotten it faster than this snail mail service... seriously! My insurance agent sent me forms on 9/1/21 and I am still waiting. Affton CVS mailed me prescription 7+ days ago and I am still waiting!

For months we have not received The St. Louis Review or we get it very a week or two late. We should receive it on Friday or Saturday. Today we should receive the Review for the week of March 22, but we still have not received the one for the week of March 14. Since other people have received theirs, I know it is out. Thank you!

Everyone likes to complain about the Post Office, with me as no exception. However, a recent experience has made me rethink my opinion. When depositing a few letters in the collection box at the Charles J Coyle Post Office, I inadvertently included an envelope that contained a personal check given to me as a birthday gift. By the time I realized my error, the lobby was closed. I called and explained my dilemma to an employee. She sorted through the entire contents of the collection box, found my envelope, and called me back within two hours of my call. I believe this was service "above and beyond". It was New Year's Eve. Thank you very much, Jennifer.

I agree with Steve R. Jennifer went above and beyond in her service. I have had two bills lost in the mail at this location, so I do not use their box. I either hand my mail to an employee, or I use another location.
