I’m just curious as to why we didn’t receive any mail yesterday March 28 th and the app displayed at least 4 pieces. Also when I tried to call the post office no one would answer the phone.

Harold Constantine, been at my local address only a month never noticed across the street no one has a street mailbox. They have mail slots in their doors. This is the way it is threw out all the streets. One side does the other does not. Thought to myself this can be considered DESCRIMATION?? when I first asked my mail carrier if I could put one at my home, I would have to go through all kinds of forms etc. with the post office he said. I am a 95 yr. Old WW2 Veteran have to use a walker too dangerous to go through the snow to get my mail. I don't know maybe if I contact the Veterans Affairs can help me.

The mail office stopped delivering my mail to my mail box next to my apartment. The claim the unit is vacant, although I am on a job assignment overseas, and gave the key to my real-estate manager to pick up the key. They refused to give her the mail. I have been trying to call them, but no response.

How do we request a different mail carrier? Ours is purposely withholding our mail. Our animals are inside our house and she refuses to give us vital mail. She teases our dogs even though they are in the house at times when she is delivering our mail. We understand the importance of keeping carriers safe, however, we do not have issues with anyone else who delivers our mail. We believe this is a personal issue with her, as we see how she treats other customers. We are diligent in keeping our animals in our home until she has left our street not to cause problems. Again, we have had no other issues with anyone else who delivers our mail.

Mailed 3 bills from my home address on 12-12-20, two of those have gone through my back account the other have not. All had a stamp and return address on them. What happened to the bill I sent that has not been received by the business I mailed it to? The business I mailed it to has not received it.

Im having a problem with a check that was mailed on Friday. Here it is Tuesday and it should have been here already. I just finally got ahold of someone at the office. Its REDICULOUS that it has to be processed in Kansas City before it comes here

I have been trying to get ahold of the main post office for some time now. So I will just put my complaint on here. My mail person doesn't seem to understand that if it is raining or snowing it would be nice to close the mailbox. I had to let my mail dry out yesterday for several hours before could read it. This is ridiculous, close my mailbox please

I have open packages all the time . What the hell is wrong with them? Always some BS story . The government thinks they own us like property and have a right to go through what ever they want because we are their live stalk.

The main PO that serves 4th & Felix seems to be unable to follow our request to cancel our mail forwarding request. We were unable to move due to Covid-19 and immediately cancelled that request 3 weeks before the move date, yet the bulk of our mail is still being forwarded to KY.! They then send it back here! I get crucial medication from the VA, and this inability of the PO to deliver our mail endangers my life!

I would like to know who the mail carrier was on 5/6 in the Sherwood neighborhood? He was not our normal carrier. I was outside with my dog and he saw the dog and immediately pulled an AIRHORN out of his bag and blew it at my dog. My animal was on a lead that was not long enough to reach the street and definitely not aggressive. The carrier then saw me and said he was sorry. When I questioned him about the airhorn being normal postal service protocol he walked on up and the street saying he couldn't hear me. I walked closer and repeated the question. His answer was "I use it when a dog is attacking" UMMMMM... no dog attacked him. I want that air horn removed. My last two carriers had puppy treats... Not airhorns....

Today I received a postcard from The Danberry Mint stating my package was undeliverable so I called. They told me that they recieved a postcard on 1/30/19 from the POST OFFICE stating that I have moved. I have been here over 10years and do not plan on moving any time soon. Also I had a death in my family last week and this really upsets me! Why would anyone do this??? Also I have not received all my packages in the past, I have received other peoples mail and packages but I always send them back. It makes me wonder what important mail that I have missed. I really wish someone would take the time to answer my question about my undeliverable address. Please take care of this and many more problems. Thank you

Unless you have been a letter carrier, ie, worked for the Postal Service, you really should not complain. There is a lot more to getting mail delivered than what it appears. They are dealing with constant changes in regulation and working with/against machines that can not always differentiate hand writing and/or like regular carriers, know when the zip code or address is supposed to be something other than what is on the piece of mail. I am not saying carriers/workers are not without error, but we not only have to stay aware of our own potential for mistakes, we also have to look out for all the "new and improved" that isn't working so well. Having been a carrier for twelve years, it is a lot harder than just taking a walk and dropping mail in the box. It is by far the most challenging job I ever had. Kudos to all Letter Carriers and Postal workers out there who care about their quality of work and do their very best everyday!! Keep up the hard work.

I'm sure plenty of you are like me, tired of getting someone else's mail and having your mail delivered with a note written on it saying "delivered to wrong address". In just the past month, I had three such letters in my mail box, and had to put just as many back with same message. I will be nice and say this has happened about 15 times in the past year (very conservative estimate). It's getting old. I blame not only the letter carrier, but the command structure above them. Absolutely no quality control. I have for years used the postal service to pay my bills. I tried to support them. Not anymore. I will now be doing all online paperless billing and online payments. You have totally lost a loyal supporter of the United States Postal Service. Of course, this will fall on deaf ears (or blind eyes), I don't think they really care that one person is not going to be using their service anymore.

Why do they have a phone when they don't ever answer? Website says they work on Sat. Maybe answering the phone is too much work? We are talking about government employees!

Worst postal service ever. If your expecting a package today it may come. 4 or 5 days later they will not answer the phone ever. And if you go in tongue office they talk down to you and treat you like dirt.

I wish someone was able to update the hours of the main post office hour online to let people know they are closed. People do sometimes refer the online site instead of calling the place. We made a a long trip for it, it was a waste of gas.
