Mail not delivered or picked up. Just because the regular driver is out, not an excuse in my mind. The sub driver should know the route and complete the route. Overtime should be payable. Just because he/she runs late is no excuse for not completing the route properly. This is not the first time this has happen. When bills have to go out and are late because of the USPS guess who pays the late charges, not the USPS.

NexI think your policy on replacement chicks sucks. If the post office told you they tried to call me 18 times that is not the truth. They called 3 times on the 27th. That's all my phone shows.  The post office gave my chicks to someone else at the post office, so at least they are OK. Try harder next time. I actually saw my mail carrier 3 times this week. They could have told me the babies were at the post office, or given me a note. Customer service should be your number one priority! Not giving my chicks away to a postal worker. When a baby chicks life is on the line, I would think the hatchery and the post office has a moral obligation to try every possible way to contact thr customer.  My husband pasted away just a year ago. I am trying my best to make things work. $94 is a big hole in my budget. How many chicks are discarded at the hatchery every day? Gave my babies away! Disgusting Custome Service practices. Don't give others property away. Bad practice. Try harder!! Leslie DeKock

Dropped my property taxes off on 12/31/2022 they got post marked on 1/7/23 cost me an extra 135 bucks in late fees. How can it possibly take 7 days to get a standard envelope post marked.

I mistyped my address on a delivery package and called numerous times before going into the store. Lady at the desk was incredibly rude and unhelpful when I asked if I could fix it, and told me I should give my address right the first time in the future. Awful service from people who act like mistakes never happen, even thought they screw up delivery constantly.

Melissa is amazing! My son attends college in Rolla and I sent a package that because of a change by the college couldn't be delivered. Melissa worked with me to locate the package and get it to my son. She called me several times just to give me updates. She made efforts to correct the problem so it didn't happen again. These days, I haven't seen this level of customer service and to be honest most of the time the postal service is lack luster in their help, but Melissa was honestly amazing! Thank you.

God awful. Couldn't be bothered to deliever my package on delivery date and on the following day they wouldn't tell me that they decided to hold my package at their office (instead of delivering it like we agreed) until their locations package pickup was closed. I could still hear the worthless jerkoffs in the building so I called them, to which they ignored... twice. I know they plain ignored me because I can not only hear them chatting instead of working. I can hear the phone ringing and not being picked up. I guess you don't have to have standards at all when your entire buisiness is propped up by taxpayer dollars.

Pathetic. Mail is marked as delivered, but nothing arrives. I ordered a book through Amazon Prime that sat here in Rolla for two days before being sent on a tour of the Ozarks before being delivered 8 days later. I get messages stating that the delivery location was blocked, but I was outside and no mail vehicle of any kind even entered the street. No one seems to want to do their job here. I understand being shorthanded, and I understand that the pandemic makes everything more difficult. But Rolla isn’t that huge that it should be this difficult to get mail.

really tired of my packages saying undeliverable no access to destination yet no one else had any problems getting to my house. Better yet why is it I was outside this time and I didn't even see the mailman drive by. When did it become accepted to be so lazy that you don't even try to do your job... seriously you don't even have to get out of your vehicle.

Why do I always get a notification my package can't be delivered because of no access to address? I am right next to my mailbox that is right off of the hwy. It is a package of 2 small book sized items. This is the 2nd time this has happened. Something needs to be done to correct this issue. I need to be able to trust that my postal service can get my things to me.

I went to the post office today and saw that they have curtained the fron desk with plastic to avoid the Covid 19 virus. This is a great thing for the employees behind the counter but if you are a customer it is very unsafe. The plastic curtain blows up against them and hits them in the face. If someone in front of them has been exposed to the virus and also touched the plastic prior to you, you have now been contaminated. I think this should be considered, maybe securing the plastic so it can't blow against the customers would help.
