Extremely rude customer service! I had mailed my wedding invitations out through this location over 3 weeks ago, and they have not been received by my participants. She was very confrontational on the phone, and offered no solution except to make another phone call to someone outside of the location. Will never drop off any packages or letters to be mailed off at this location. Too many things don't arrive to where they should go. Just end up being "lost". This is not the first incident of my letters not getting where they need to go. Very dissatisfied with their customer service.
It is with sadness that I have to claim that the postal service on Houston Lake has been the worst since I lived here since 1983. When Sarah Jones retired and then Jeffrey, I've had no delivers only to get two days worth of mail. I've had 8:15PM deliveries. This has been happening for the past few weeks and frankly I don't understand why mail delivery is not being done. How about the carrier's creed,. Someone from top management down has forgotten it. We're going to pay more for stamps in 2019, forget that I'll go on line. You're hurting yourselves. I see mail trucks wiz by but don't stop during the week day. Terrible service.
Horrible service! Middle aged black woman working the counter refused to scan my prepaid packages and provide me with a receipt. Any other PO in this city does this with no issues. As someone who uses the PO everyday of the week to send out packages for business will avoid Riverside, Missouri in the future.
