Why is my mail not being delivered or picked up? The flag has been up for four days now, and I only received mail one day last week. I’m getting late notices because my bills are not being delivered to me on time. This is absolutely unacceptable! No one answers the phone when I try to call.

I live in Gregory Heights and I find my Postal Service completely unacceptable you guys have three packages of mine sitting up there for the last 3 days that you can't deliver and Amazon keeps sending me emails what in the hell is the problem I go days without service and then when I finally get my mail I've got 20 dang letters all at once And now Amazon can't deliver my packages because it says it needs more information requested by the United States Postal Service get your s*** together I've lived in this house for 40 stinking years you don't need any information you probably don't have anybody to deliver it as I'm not got mail for 3 days now

We have not received one piece of mail or seen a route carrier in the neighborhood since Friday, December 24th. These people are not worth a .55 stamp and should be made to answer to this total disregard of duty and service.

Typical of some LAZY postal service employee's... On 7-30-21 post office delivered one of my packages "OPEN" with half of my order missing. "No Doubt" the postal service has a policy about delivering "Open Packages" yet roll of my header wrap was missing and some postal employee delivered the package anyway costing the ebay seller their profit and the expense of half the order. It's taken a week to recover half refund and seller has been understanding even when their at a loss due to our service incompetence. To Bad !

Second day in a row I've received my next door neighbor's mail instead of my own. Tonight (12/4/18) the mail carrier rang my doorbell late saying he couldn't find my mailbox (in garage door). Ebay shows I've received pkgs., but I don't have them. Sure miss our long-time regular mail carrier ~ substitutes are struggling.

It is now 7:01PM, Sat. 01 Dec. 2018; we JUST received our regular mail. at 6.08PM this evening; I am expecting a box of medication which I KNOW was delivered to the Raytown 63rd St. Postal Station this morning at 6:43 AM per tracking information (#1Z6Y2898YW51258384). Now I have to wait until Monday- or possibly later?? -for delivery???? I don't understand why our route is so neglected.
