Amazon stated that mail carrier could not deliver my packages because the mail box was full. Last time I checked two computer monitors and a light fixture will not fit in a mailbox. So that was a lie. No delivery attempt was made because I was home. This is not the first time we have had issues with this carrier. I attempted to call the Post Office in Potosi several times but the phone sounds like it is left off the hook (busy signal). I would just like my mail and packages delivered on time. My packages are usually time sensitive or business related and I just want them on time when they say they will be delivered. That’s what they are paid to do. If I couldn’t do a job I was hired for I would be terminated.

We recieved a unable to deliver 3 days in a row in Belgrade, they were saying delivery attempt was made, there was no attempt whatsoever, my husband and I are both retired, our gates were open everyday. They just didn't want to deliver. Our mail is ABSOLUTELY not dependable at all, we go 2 days and sometimes 3 days with no delivery and my parents are our neighbors and they go without delivery for the same days, we have informed USPS delivery and it's scanned in and shows us what is coming, but they don't come. Very upset! We have called and complained for years and it continues. Very sad.

There was no mail service on Rieffer Road in Caledonia on Saturday, January 11, Saturday, January 18, or on Monday, January 21. Unfortunately, these were not isolated instances. People have a right to expect dependable mail service.

I really enjoy when we’re expecting packages and are even outside in front of our house working, you check your email and it says, “delivery attempt was made”! I call bs because no one even came down our driveway! Usually we have no issues here! But when you’re expecting stuff and it says an attempt was made when there wasn’t, that’s utter bs! Especially if you have some invested in what you are expecting!
