1st...I have not only called but I filled out paper work twice regarding all my packages to be delivered to the door.. they are not! Once a package was left in my CAR but did not knock or leave between my doors, left on the Beam between mailboxes to blow away or steal, left in box WIDE OPENED.. ⚠️Medicine among many of the items I order cannot stay in the heat/cold. 2nd...I'm now missing my 11th package since Christmas shopping. A package worth $125+ left Glensdale, IL at 7:59A.M on the 9th..it's now 4:10 P.M on the 11th and not TRACKED or Delivered. Seems once they get to the Portage Des Sioux area all tracking is lost..and VERY OFTEN the packages as well. 3) Seperate issue: My roommates bank was going to CHARGE his Bank Act because the Banks Mail keeps coming back as "return to sender".. Constant Problems I've never had at any location prior to Portage Des Sioux.. What's happening?!?!?!? Please contact me again at 618-401-5869
