poor service I was home all day Monday when I went to my mailbox there was a notice that my mail was not delivered properly the carrier left a note ,form 3849, saying "sorry we missed you while you were out". it was marked letter, signature required. So I had to drive 34 miles to the post office to sign for a letter that should have been given to me to sign by coming to my house so I could sign for the letter.
