We dropped off our Christmas Cards at the HyVee on Dec. 11th. None of our cards ever made it to their destination. Would like to know what happened to the cards after they got picked up and where the heck they are now? I'll never be dropping off there again. HyVee blames the Liberty Post Office and says they cannot gurantee them once they leave and suggested we call the local PO. Yet, no one answers the phone there.

Note on mail shack at Northgate Mobile Home Community today states they will no longer be delivering our mail due to no lights in mail shack. Rain, snow, sleet and hail - yes they deliver. Dark room, No can do. This is ridiculous. I cannot drive to post office to get mail every day. Some residents don't even have vehicles to go get their mail across town. Very poor service.

My mother moved in August and changed her address before that. She is still not getting all of her mail and neither is the new home owner. So could you please find out how to fix this?

I'm moving and the address on house is 921 Redwood Court but the street sign says Redwood Circle. Could you please verify if it's Ct or Circle so I can get my mail sent to the correct address. Thank you

I had my diabetic supplies delivered yesterday......I have no idea what time. I checked the porch 4 times and nothing....after dinner there it set. How long ? Hotter than blazes and it has to be kept cold. I opened the box and the cold packs it was melted. COULD YOU A LEAST RING THE DOORBELL. How long had it been riding around in the hot truck? Does anyone care ?

I recently placed mail in the mail box located in Seaport near N. Lakeside Drive and Westwood Place/Westwoods Drive and the letters/cards never made it to their destination. This mailbox is located near the rear of Seaport complex between a UPS Box and FedEx Box. Is mail being picked up there? It is the only common element in trying to figure out way the cards/letters did not make it to their destination. They were placed in this mail box on two separate occasions about two weeks apart. Thank you.

Please educate your employee that deliver mail with the mail truck to shut the mailbox when they put mail in. Every time he does not shut our mailbox. Thats just crazy!

This is the 3rd time I have NOT had checks delivered to my P.O. Box. When I tried calling the Postmaster at the listed number, I get a fax machine... Do not understand this. The COVID crisis has subsided now, so I cannot understand why this is happening...

Horrible! Misdelivering my mail and packages for over 2 years and now they lost my custom urn for my dogs ashes and refuse to do anything much less the right thing about them giving my urn to who knows. Brandi is my incompetent carrier and the post master Cassie who I have personally spoken to also apparently is incompetent as she completely disregarded my concerns and now Am being subjected to degradation by them being uncaring to my plight and refusing to do the right thing and hold anyone accountable for this.

Are they not delivering mail today, 3/1/2021, in Liberty? Curious as we normally have our mail by now, 3:45 pm, but nothing yet.

We have lived in Liberty, at the same address for 18 years. We have always had the best experience with our mail service. Up until a year ago. Some days NO MAIL IS DELIVERED AT ALL?? I thought this was The Untied States Postal Service??? I thought they were supposed to have hours Monday-Saturday, except holidays?? But now I guess they just deliver the mail whenever they feel like it. I wish I could get away with just doing my job whenever I felt like it!!! Oh wait I would be fired!!! But since they’re union they are safe from being able to not work when they’re supposed to!!! Very concerning, &, unacceptable!!!

Had a package to be delivered to me on June 23. Tracking said delivery attempted at 11:55am, but "Carrier is unable to gain access to front door to deliver the package". This is a lie! I was right by the front door all morning. There is no reason they could not gain access. Very poor service!!!!

We had perfect mail delivery until a few months ago and since then a disaster. The mail is delivered anytime between 10.00 and 5.00pm, and sometimes no delivery, such as today. The mail is frequently mixed up with publicity news papers and literally stuffed into the mailbox. A number of letters have gone missing and we get mail from our neighbors. We want our former mailman back [Bernie]

I have lived at 10400 ne 137th st, Liberty mo for 10 + yrs. I have never been so disappointed in the delivery service on Monday-Friday. Our mail person is leaving our mail in home mail boxes that are vacant leaving others mail in my mail box its bad enough we ask the person that owned the vacant house if we could take down the mail box. I put it back in with a big circle around it and they just leave it in the box even with the flag up. She is delivering our neighbors mail to my box they are getting my mail. In the last 5 months I have had 10 different peoples mail in my box. Then I have to go deliver it cause they wont pick it back up and DO THERE JOB.... I have called in and complained 4 times and nothing has been done. All of us on this route have out numbers on the box, This is pure laziness on the postal person and the post office.

I've had a business at 6 Victory Lane, suite 102 in liberty, Missouri for over 5 years. I have never had a delivery problem until the last 5 months. I am missing mail. Since, I work evening there I am not able to catch the postman to see what the problem is. this is very frustrating. Most of the missing mail are checks.

I had a package arrive at this facility early Monday afternoon. So why is it not at my house today (Tuesday)? This post office is terrible. I've seen my postal worker slap a sorry we missed you paper in my mailbox and they didn't try to come to the door
