My package arrived at the Lebanon Mo post office at 4:45 AM on Oct. 13th. This is the town I live in. It was then sent to Rolla! Mo post office…not the town I live in….WHY??

We have not got our mail for 2 days mail man hasn't even been on our street we were expecting important mail Saturday and they didn't even grace our block with their presence. The last 2 days my informed delivery said we had mail coming today informed delivery says we have mail coming we will see. All I can say is Lebanon postal service sucks.

I ordered my grandson a hand built knife for Christmas. the envelope was empty and had been opened. The post office in Lebanon Missouri was less than helpful the employee who basically told me it was not her problem last name ( Reed). I was told to contact the seller. I had two packages delivered at the same time one was brought inside and the empty one left in our locking mailbox. It is obvious the carrier stole my grandson's Christmas present. it is going to be a very sad Christmas for him. I am totally sick about it.
