Today I took a tracking number to the Knob Noster Post Office because it showed delivery of a package I had not received. I had instant service from the postmaster, who went out on the route looking for the package. Turns out it was in my mail box. This confusion occurred because I saw the mail carrier deliver at 4:20, but not a second mail carrier who delivered at 5:38. I feel bad I disrupted the flow at the post office this morning, but am proud that the postmaster dropped everything and went looking for my package. With all the negativity out there, I wanted to thank her for a quick response and great customer service. Keep up the great work.

The man that works the counter is incredibly rude. It is almost shocking when you are waiting in line and hear him talking to the people in line ahead of you. It seems like management is ok with this behavior. I would recommend going to Warrensburg or LaMonte post offices over Knob Noster. That man at the counter will have you leaving furious. It’s a shame the Post Office tolerates this.

Hello, I would just like to inform you that the Knob Noster Postal Service has a very rude and racist staff. First, my mother went in to ask a few questions about mailing a package, and one of your male workers made her feel stupid for not knowing how. Secondly, my friend went in to ask questions about receiving packages at her house, and a lady working told her that she should be careful because her mailman was “black”. I am infuriated that this behavior is being allowed to happen in a federal workplace. Thank you.
