This post office is suppose to be part of the government! Y’all are taking after the rest of the government. They don’t care about the people either. I never received my two packages and you must have stolen them. They ended up there and that’s where it stops!

This government, is miserable. I don't even now why we need it. They do lause job everywhere they are, and all America has Togo thru them. Shame on you, shame on you.

I’m really disappointed in my mail service today, because I was watching my mail carrier and she put the mail in the mailbox and when I went to get it in there was a notification saying that she tried to deliver a signed package or letter. It also says that she attempted to deliver it, which is not true. She never got out of her vehicle and I think this is really an issue that you need to figure out because now I have to go to the stated post office to, get the letter or whatever it was. Please take note of this because it’s happening to everybody.

I’m sure this complaint won’t do me any good but because of the USPS not getting my tax bill to me on time, (it was mailed in October 2022 they told me, didn’t receive it till January 5 2023) which cost me 200.00 late fee. Sad a person on social security pays the price for mail not delivered! Never had a tax bill paid late my whole life. The bill got to me torn dirty and obviously lost and forgotten!!!🥺😡

Haven’t received mailbox keys for 6 months, I’m half way through my lease. Also I have to pick up mail each week at the local post office, I haven’t had mail in a week because it hasn’t been sorted , that’s a terrible excuse

Havent had mail pickup at my place of work for 3 days and no one answers the phone. How can I get this resolved?

I usually get mail everyday. I get magazines along with regular mail. However, my mail lady that I have had for YEARS (lived here over 25 years) has not been delivering the mail some young male has been for the last month or so and we get less and less mail every week and he comes mostly after dark. Am expecting packages and am afraid they may not get delivered..

11/11/2022 1:56 P.M. Hi, postal management. For some time my mail has been forever coming from right here in the city and out of state. Some of this mail is very important. There's been stories that this faultiness is due to greed, envy and jelousy because of the sums of revenue that some of this mail has the potential of. I could not reach the Post Master General so could you please reach this person and let them know of the investigation that needs place in this issue. WHERE is our mail!!!!?? It either comes late in the evening or NOT at all. Sick of this. I am hoping the Stare Attorney Generals office can help as this is ridiculous. We have waited for 3 three……3 days and have not received mail. We are waiting on you important documents!

Mail has not been delivered for the last 3 days even though informed delivery said I was getting mail all three days.

I'm not a prude. I've been around the world, and seen a lot of places, people, and things that were down right odd or bizzare, but I never thought I'd see one as a postal service employee in my quiet, midwestern hometown of Lee's Summit, Missouri 64064-9998. As I waited in line to mail packages, there were 2 employees, man and woman, at the counter helping customers, but the young man was downright frightening in his appearance - very unprofessional, bordering on mentally disturbed: three rings through his nose like a farm animal; big pink ear gauges pierced in both ear lobes; and spike hair pulled back in some sort of bun atop his head, plus tats up and down his forearms, exposed by his short sleeve postal service uniform. I thought perhaps an assylum was missing a patient. Seriously? This is the type of image the USPS wants to present to the public at their service center locations? Fortunately, the young woman behind the counter was of normal appearance, and asked to help me. Good grief.

I have not received my mail for two days. I have Informed Mail and it shows there was mail yesterday which was not delivered

Here we go again, missing mail still not delivered after filing 3 complaints with the Post Master. Am missing paperwork from social security, my credit card company and Christmas presents from 2020! NEVER any response from USPS.... I'm close to filing a lawsuit.

why is our mail not going ,couple time a week, retairded man was deliveing on sunday on 14 th colorado ,said they would not show up to deliver mail, took me 4 days to mail a bill.

We understand it is hard times because of Covid, but the service is completely horrible. Mail only getting delivered maybe 3 times a week. Packages never get picked up, but we are receiving email stating they were. We work out of our home. We have called and talked to supervisor multiple times and he keeps promising it will be resolved. Nothing changes. We are on week 4 now. The annex gal in Riverside is completely unprofessional. Better off closing that place. Makes face of post office look bad.

I am amaze by the effectiveness of my Post office I get mail every day get a snap shot on my computer what will be delivered my post office is in San Bruno ca, compared to other agencies like IRS DMv EDD which are basically non existent could it be because the IRS would get their payments if the P>O> was closed/ BTW on line doesn`t work for any other services

Why in tracking info has a package been sitting at KC post office for 5 days with status “pending approval”? Especially since it only took 3 days from CA to reach KCK. The local delivery service delivered roughly 200 mailings to me over a 3 year period that were correctly addressed to people within the zip code area. I was so frustrated that I began making a copy of the front of each piece and taped it to the front storm door which is solid glass, top to bottom. I literally ran out of room! I had to keep adding and making room for more wrong deliveries. The Post Inspector General actually drove by and saw the door. About 2 weeks later there was a new Postmaster in the local station. I have had about 2 wrong deliveries since.

Wondering why a 2 day Priority envelope that is being sent about 15 miles away to another neighborhood in the same state ( Maryland ) is going by way of Kansas City??? The rest of my envelopes did not go all the way to Kansas City . And we pay 7.95 for this? The poor reputation of the USPS continues...

Extremely inefficient! They kill chicks. My 2 day priority box sits for 3 days in their facility and by the time it reaches my local post office, 5 days have passed and chicks are dead. Plus they don't answer the phone. Well they do, they just hang up right away. Seems like the whole facility needs an overhaul.

At least 50% of my packages that are processed through your main hub in KC end up in Edgerton, Overland park, and several other cities before they are returned and process again through KC. I have even had them miss sent to 2 different cities before they ended up here. I can only imagine this cost more for the USPS to continue making these errors. And errors on a very regular basis. Please improve your efficiency. Thank you.

I am very unhappy. We have been having trouble getting our mail for the last 5 weeks. We just got back from a visit to AZ and found that the USPS had changed our address to the AZ location, which was only temp. Now we haven,t gotten any mail at all for 3 weeks except the local advertizements and papers. What is going on? We are very upset!!

The post office located at 51st and Main Street is frequently not open during their posted hours, which are only 4 hours a day Monday through Friday. Is this an understaffing issue?

Ordered forever stamps 12/15/2020, check cashed 12/21/2020. As of 1/23/2021 have NOT recv'd stamps. Mailed from Canton il was told requests sent to Kansas City, Missouri. How do I file complaint & get stamps delivered. Canton USPS no help!!!

I am writing with concern about our local Waldo post office in the 64113 zip code. While we respect and are on first name basis with our local post people who deliver, I do not think whatever is happening is their responsibility. I have a suspicion that mail not being processed in a timely way at Waldo. One example is that I sent a payment for a bill from Waldo the beginning of August and the recipient never received it. After several phone calls, I ended up making an electronic payment. The check which I sent as payment in August, arrived at the destination mid-September. Other minor concerns are that we are receiving Christmas cards-postmarked 12/15/20 and mid-December and Christmas catalogs this week, the third week in January. While these are not reasons for alarm, it indicates a problem. We support the postal system and the employees but we are not sure of what is going on at Waldo. If it is Covid related, maybe the patrons should be informed of delays. Who knows if other mail I have sent from there was received in a timely way (including my absentee ballot for the Presidential election)? I did try to use the Brookside Station, but it was out of stamps and it was indicated they had been out for a while, so I did not go back. We now send our mail from Kansas or another zip code, but that does not prevent the mail we receive from being delayed. I felt a need to voice my concern.

Every single package i get goes through this office and gets stuck their they've even sent it to sf mo and im in lebanon mo right on the way but it cannot be delivered to me and i cannot intercept it it cost too much no i need my package for work and my boss literally told me to either turn in my reports or turn in my laptop how can i if i dont have my package to turn in my work now i will be loosing my job but guess what you guys are not even going to care that i may loose my home because of incompetent buisness like this i have a 3 yr old also and how dare you use a pandemic as a excuse for the mistakes made since the mid 90s im pretty sure that employee familys got their packages and early or same day after mail was delivered i get scared when i see a package from amazon come through usps because this is the worst service and taking this long with packages makes sellers loose buisness also i know i will never go through this seller again when i requested ups in the begining.

Ok this is just ridiculous!! I had a package sitting in this facility for two weeks!! Obviously this is a very common problem for this place judging from all the negative reviews I'm reading...don't y'all care that you have a VERY bad reputation?! Like literally no one has anything good to say about this place! I will definitely be taking measures to avoid having any packages go through this facility again! Seriously people, get your stuff together!

Everything I ever get through eBay that goes to KC goes into a black hole for weeks. Everything. COVID... Christmas.... even before that you all are the worst and should be all fired. What a joke. How can tracking show packages get to you and 2-3 weeks later, if you don’t send it to another state to come back to you idiots again, it is still sitting there? If the USPS was a private business you all would have been out of business years ago. You are a joke!

What the heck is the deal with the mail going through Kansas City??? Anything that does takes for EVER and often times gets rerouted to other cities and states and takes weeks to get delivered!! I’ll get notification a package is to be delivered one day just to get weeks and weeks to follow saying that the package is “late”. Nothing more. Just late. While it takes a long travel vacation around the country. It’s ridiculous. I try really hard to avoid USPS when I can anymore just because of this mess. Clean it up!! Do your jobs. There are a lot of ppl who would love to have them!

I hate the postal system. Why doesn't pony express start up, wed probably get our mail delivered when they say it will be delivered. My pkg says its been in transit since August 17, who's got it Turtle mailing? No wonder the PO is losing money and customers.

I have had a horribly experience with my mail for the last 2 weeks. I have now had 3 packages randomly disappear on the day of delivery and I have been notified that some orders/mail have started going to my old address. I have not lived in that address for over 1.5yr. I have put in a complaint in the past because my mailman delivered my mail to my neighbors that were not even close to me. And now I am going on almost 2 weeks of not receiving any mail or packages. I am very disappointed, I cannot blame this on the pandemic because this has been going on for too long.

I live in Wathena, KS. I wish to complain about the Post Office in Wathena, KS. For 2 years I have received a notice from Dish TV that my wife has not paid her bill. All bills come to my name at our address: Curtis W. Kruse, 409 Benton St., Wathena, KS 66090. This bill had my wife's name on it but was addressed at 309 Benton St., Wathena, KS 66090. I kept throwing it in the trash until I got sick and tired of dealing with it. I contacted the Post Office in Wathena and they said the Troy, KS post office was in charge of this and they were delivering it to us at our address. Also, a coupon from a wine merchant was taken before it was delivered to us yesterday. This Post Office is not up to par.

Had a package set for delivery 5/11/20 through 64119 xip code. Talked w Paris 5/12/20 on 3 separate occasions about the package which shows delivered 11:35s 5/12. It wasn't, after Paris called driver he wasn't regular driver but still had the package and would deliver it. Now it seems to be lost. USPS never again. Your broken and unfixable w attitude at every conversation. Will drive to main office tomorrow and see if I can get any answers to thus broken, attitude ridden clusterf*ck.

I called the main post office on Pershing and Kansas City to get some help and ask him questions the only thing that I have gotten back is a stupid call back from the post office to which I’ve had a box for over 30 years paid the post office box up in September for one year now I understand they sent all my mail on a return to the sender‘s lost some insurance have called the water company so I can make sure they understand but they also get mail returned daily from the same post office everyone has problems with this post department going to go to Blue Springs to see if I can get a box there and if I cannot get a box there then I’m going to a lawyer and I want my refund for what to do on the box not for what this person that is called a postmaster in Grain valley Missouri After having this box for so long it is very hard to remember to change to a different box in another city too bad the post office cannot get people to read or hear when someone ask them or tell Sam something sure would be nice to hire people that can’t understand and I can read and write in Grain valley post office

This branch is the worst I have ever encountered! Lost mail. Misdeliveries. Bad staffing with little help at Raytown location. Continual bad service compared to other locations. Management is awful.

What did I just read? A Vietnam Nam vet refused entry with his service dog ,and treated badly by a clerk to cap it off, what the heck is wrong with giving service to everyone in a decent way? You work for them and are federal employees? It is shocking. I hope you fix the attitudes of you staf. What is going on with the United States?
